One thing I love about DealDash.com is that we can see product reviews and read what other customers have to say about the various items before we start shopping.

We can learn valuable information about the products on DealDash by reading reviews. Sometimes previous winners of a product will say if an item runs too small or too large and what they like or do not like.

Before we start shopping, it is also a good idea to read the product descriptions. By taking a few minutes to read this information first, we are far less likely to get something we do not want to keep. Returning items takes a lot more time than reading about them.

I thought it might be good to write about some products that received a perfect 5.0 rating out of a possible 5.0. Those are the auction items everybody loves most.

So let’s take a look at some of them.

Desktop Radio Scanner

This Desktop Radio Scanner has a 5.0 overall customer review but it’s a fairly new item and has only two reviews so far. It has a BIN of $120.00. I’ve never had one so I had no idea how they work. However, it sounds like a useful item to have.

According to the description, this is “a 200-channel scanner that lets you listen to FM radio bands and can be categorized into 10 separate memory banks.” It also offers the convenience of “one-touch searches of marine, fire/police, air, ham and weather frequencies.”

One of the previous winners wrote “The weather station is great!”

Seven Speed Hand Mixer

This black Seven-Speed Hand Mixer is a real winner. It still has an overall 5.0 rating based on a total of 23 customer reviews. This is almost unheard of after getting that many reviews because we can usually expect to find at least one hard-to-please shopper among a whole bunch of happy ones. That’s just life. Yet, not a single shopper found anything wrong with this mixer and that speaks volumes about the quality of this product. It just blows my mind.

Some features of this hand blender includes a 220-watt motor, a swivel cord, extra-long dishwasher safe beaters with a beater injection lever and is built to North American electrical standards. One thing that confuses me a little is that while it says it is a 7-speed hand mixer but in the description it says it has 8-speed options.

This outstanding mixer has the reasonable BIN of $80 so if we don’t win it, most of us could afford to buy it and get all of our bids back free. So this hand mixer appears to be an all-around winner. I just might shop for it myself!

A great electronics bundle

This bundle of a name brand Wi-Fi pad, plus high-quality wireless headphones has a customer rating of 5.0 and customer reviews do not get higher than that. However, it is a fairly new bundle auction, so it only has one review so far. It has a BIN of $999.00.

The purple WiFi pad is 5 to 64 GB and the headphones are wireless and noise canceling. For more details, see the auction description.

Did you notice the bundles on DealDash.com?  Sometimes DealDash combines two auction items, bundles them together and sells both items in a single auction.

Winning not only one, but two awesome items in one auction can be very exciting and some customers who win bundle auctions often get fantastic deals, too.

This bundle comes with a BIN of $850 and so far 14 of the 16 previous winners won this auction at bargain prices. Some of the best deals so far are:

• Dec. 31, 2022, this auction sold at $69.24 and the winner paid a total of $186.24 including the cost of the 585 bids placed;
• Jan. 6, this auction sold at $263.75 and the winner paid a total of only $144.34 including the cost of the 392 bids placed;
• Jan. 27, this auction sold at $83.10 and the winner paid a total of $94.77 including the cost of the 370 bids placed.

Mini Fridge in Vending Machine Style + Set of Glass Cups

This new Mini Fridge retro vending machine with a BIN of $374 holds up to 10 standard soft drink cans and features push button “vending” action. It measures only 9.5 inches wide and the slim space-saving design makes it perfect for use in a dorm, office or rec room.

This Mini Fridge is made with Eco-friendly iceless technology and efficiently cools to 32 degrees F (18 degrees C) below.

The second item in this auction consists of a set of two very unique lime green curved glass cups.  According to the auction description, they are heat-resistant and “sit within a wall of transparent glass.” The dimensions of these two glasses are 3-inche diameters by 3.9-inche diameters. The bottom line

DealDash.com is featuring a “Winter Liquidation Week.” That means it’s time to eliminate some of the old auction products to make room for some new ones.

We might want to pay attention to the inventory clearance items now marked on DealDash.com because this also means it could be our last opportunity to shop for the items that are now marked for liquidation with a box icon and black and yellow bars.

These items might not be available in future auctions. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to these inventory-clearance items and put them at the top of our shopping list.

Hug-loving bear

If you had your eyes on Barry, the hug-loving bear, it’s time to place your bids on him now or say goodbye.

This bear is not like most other stuffed bears. This bear is huge. Standing height is 51 inches and his sitting height is 31 inches. That explains the BIN of $175.

Some of the brown bear’s special features include large brown eyes, a large button nose and polka dot ribbon. It has a plush polyester exterior. Previous winners love this bear so much they gave him an overall rating of 4.92 out of a possible 5.0.

Chef frypan collection

The chef frypan collection with a BIN of $156 is another action designated for liquidation. The set includes one 8-inch single frypan, one 9.5-inch frypan and one 12-inch frypan.

A few features include a non-stick ceramic coating that prevents food from sticking to these pans and they are dishwasher safe.

Previous winners gave this set of frypans an overall rating of 4.88 out of a possible 5.0. They come in pink and yellow with fabulous wood-look “stay cool” handles. Previous winners rave about how durable and beautiful they are.

I don’t know how many sets are left so I guess it’s a matter of winning this set now or never.

Complete knife collection

These name-brand knives, a very popular DealDash auction, are also designated for clearance – a complete high-quality knife collection with a BIN of $2,236.  Only six of these knife sets are left and then they are gone.

One exciting new item on DealDash is computer glasses. If you have not yet seen them in the auctions, you might want to check them out.

Wearing a pair of computer glasses to protect our eyes from harmful blue light could make a bigger difference to our eye health than we realize. The only problem with new items is that we cannot see customer reviews because they take a while to show up.

Blue light blocking computer glasses

  Jan. 21, the first auction sold at $3.02 and the winner paid a total of $15.70 including the cost of the 77 bids placed.

The bottom line

All of the computer glasses provide protection against eye fatigue and relief from long-term eye strain caused by excess electronic device use. Smart phones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers reflect harmful types of blue light that can cause users to have trouble sleeping. Wearing these computer glasses could immediately make a positive difference.
