New Items Added All The Time at DealDash

trackIt’s so much fun to bid and shop at DealDash, and it never gets old because they add new items all the time.  As soon as you see a new item that you would like to win, you should go for it.  You never know how quickly the item will go.  They might keep the item on the site for days, or months, there is really no way of knowing.

There are a few categories where DealDash adds new items to the familiar old items, for example, the art.  DealDash has an outstanding selection of Custom Art  and I see new paintings and metal art added all the time.  Some of the first paintings have now gone, so like with any original art, you have to CarpeDiem!

Other categories that adds new and updated items is video games, they are always adding new games and  gaming system.  Whenever there is something new to the industry, DealDash may offer it.  You do have to check the category often on the home page at DealDash.  There is a category for “Electronics and Computers”, so if you are in the market for a new gaming system look there often.  These are usually special offers and you must use the “Alert Me” button to have DealDash alert you when it comes on the market.  Using the “Alert Me” button sets an alarm at DealDash, and they then send you an email when it does come on the market.  This feature can be found in the individual auction, when you find an item you like, open the auction and the button is on the bottom of the auction.

laptopComputers are another category where you should check often.  They may have last seasons model which is easier to win, but they get the latest and greatest too, you just have to shop the category and you’ll see when they’re going to be scheduled.

The “New Items” category on the DealDash main page is a great place to see a broad view of all the new offerings at DealDash.  This is the best place to have DealDash alert you to when it will be available.  Sometimes it takes a few weeks for the item to be scheduled, so check often because the new items change all the time.  Then they may only offer it 5 times, so keep on top of your “Bookmarks”.

The best thing to take away with from this article, is that DealDash has a nice rotation of great prizes, some of them stick around for awhile, some come and go and new ones are added all the time.   Don’t forget to hit your “Bookmark” or set the “Alert Me” button so you can bid on your favorite new items.

Good Luck and Happy Bidding!!!

What is Customer Service at DealDash?

If you are wondering if Customer Service is real at DealDash, I can tell you that it is real, alive and well.  The CS support team at DealDash is the best I’ve ever dealt with on the internet.

Very often, when you don’t actually have to talk to someone in the customer service department, they don’t seem to have the same respect or care about your issue.  But, at DealDash, every customer is treated like someone special.  You are what makes the site real.

There are a few ways you can contact Customer Service at DealDash, The quickest and most efficient way is by clicking on the “Contact Support” on the bottom of the main page.  When you do that it will bring you to a link where you can either email support, or the quickest way is by hitting the “online support” this will bring you to a live CS rep and they will do everything they can to help you.

If they can’t or don’t have the authority to fix your problem, they will direct the issue to the proper person.  Any of the Customer Support Representatives at DealDash are kind, helpful and very efficient.

You simply don’t find this everywhere.  I feel like if I am a customer I want to be treated like a customer and not just a number.  I used to have a lot of issues when I first started at DealDash, I blamed DD for every little mistake I made, and they handled every issue with respect and imminency.  They always answered me right away and with kindness.

Lately, I don’t have any complaints because I’ve come to learn that my mistakes are my mistakes.  The DealDash site just does not make any mistakes.  Well, once they had some connection-server issues and they gave me a pile of bid to apologize.  They are very generous, they always think how this could affect us continuing to use the Dealdash site.

They want us back and they will do what is right to fix anything that might come up.  That being said, I never find a problem with the site.

DealDash cares about their customers, they want us to have a wonderful winning experience and they are always there to help.

Don’t underestimate the value of good Customer Service, you will always find it at DealDash!

Find the Best Deals Under $5 at DealDash

It so true that we come to DealDash to have the most fun shopping on the internet, and more than that, we come for the incredible deals.  I have won so many items under $5 because many auctions I bid in, I will leave if I don’t.  This is the best way to get a great deal.

There are so many bidding styles, there is the Jumper, who comes in was after the $5 mark because they placed one bid before the cut off.  There is the Stomper, that player is most likely a Newbie and is bouncing bids off the wall trying to win.  Both of these styles don’t find the best deals.  As a jumper, you pay the highest price the auction could go at times.  As a stomper, you lose more than you win.

The best way to get a great deal under $5 is to load up your bids into the Bid Buddy, then you just sit back and watch.  If your auction doesn’t close by $5, you didn’t get the under $5 deal and it’s time to leave.  The exception to that is if you are planning on buying the item through DealDashes Buy It Now policy, where you can recoup your bids if you don’t win an auction.  All you have to do is bid in any auction, if you don’t win it DealDash will give you all the bids you used trying if you then purchase the item.  DealDash never wants you to leave empty-handed.

Here is a list of items that I won just this past week, and everyone was under $5.

  • Shoulder Handbag .30 cents
  • Metal Art .91 cents
  • handmade Handbag $2.67
  • 18K GP Ear Rings $1.07
  • Serving Set $1.91
  • 18 K GP Necklace .27 cents
  • Messenger Bag $2.87
  • Mountain Bike .76 cents

These prizes are valued over $2000 and I won them all for about $10 plus bids!

DealDash is the most fair and honest penny auction site on the internet, I’ve tried the others but I don’t even bother any more, they just don’t have all the bells and whistles you get with Dealdash.
So, if you like your deals under $5, jump out of the auction when it gets there, this isn’t the only way you’ll get these great deals, but your chances are much greater.

Good Luck and Happy Bidding!!!

Tips For Smart Bidding at DealDash

At times we can get a little carried away bidding at our favorite penny auction site, DealDash, it happens to even the best and most seasoned player, but I have a few rules I give myself to avoid using too many bids.

Often I will bid on an item just to exchange for the bids, I have gotten too emotionally involved with these auctions, like I really want the item, but the truth is, I don’t want it, I just want the bids.  So, I avoid getting emotionally involved with this type of auction.  To do that, you have to set limits for yourself, if you decide to use only 25 bids to try to win this $150 item, stick to that.  If you didn’t win the item by then, you’re not getting the deal you want, and what do you do with a bad deal? Walk.

What about an item you really want?  Well you can get emotional about that because you have the power of BIN.  If you don’t win it for the right amount of bids, you purchase the items and get all your bids back.  At least you have your item, and you also have free bids you didn’t have to pay for.  Those bids, although free, have real value at DealDash, so if you used 1000 bids on an items and then purchased the item for bids back, you were just handed 1000 free bids, those bids can be placed on an item you really want and you may over bid with those bids, keep retail in mind if you do this, you don’t want to pay more than retail for the item, that’s foolish, the best time to do this is when the item is being offered during a free sale, where all wins are paid for by DealDash.

Next, bid only on items you really want or have someone in mind to give it too.  If you know your niece will enjoy this lovely necklace for the holidays, then win it.  But if you don’t even know who you’re going to give this item to, don’t try to win it.  IF you get caught up in an auction such as this, you can always exchange for bids.

Pick and choose your times to bid.  Don’t bid when the site is too busy, you can tell this by looking at the number of Avatars in all the auctions.  Go into any auction, start with the $50 items, move up to $100, then $150, then $500….you get it, see how many people are in the auctions by counting the number of Avatars.  I can just look at the group and tell how many players there are, and you will be able to do this eventually too, but in the beginning, the number of players significantly affects your odds and the counting makes you familiar with the group as a whole. Mostly, it’s Saturday and sometimes Friday night.  Also, for some reason Monday is a crazy busy day.

Well, if the site isn’t busy right now, you’ll see me there, otherwise, I’m watching.  You can learn a lot when you watch during busy times, for one, you will see who bids on a lot of items at once.  Who has perseverance, most players come and go during the day, some are there all the time, get to know the difference, that will help you save bids.

My best tidbit of information is just don’t get too emotionally involved in an auction, if you lose it, buy it, if you don’t want to buy it, let it go.  You had a lot of fun trying to win it, and if you didn’t win it. Oh well.
