New players on DealDash.com are usually easy to identify because they often cut the clock and over-bid. Most experienced bidders do not do that because they know better.
The main reason new users cut the clock is because they do not yet know any better. They have not yet learned how to find and use the automated bidder, BidBuddy, and that is why they are bidding the hard way—one bid at a time from the home page.
Once new users learn that by double-clicking the auction, a new window opens where they will find BidBuddy, they will gladly start using it.
Some players might have tried other penny auction shopping sites where beating the clock was a good thing. However, on DealDash beating the clock is a bad thing. Here’s why:
- Cutting the clock wastes bids and greatly diminishes your chance of winning.
- Cutting the clock robs other players out of their time on the clock because that is how all players earn free bids (Look for the green at the bottom right of your screen that moves whenever your bid comes up)
DealDash is a friendly and polite community. We play fair and show respect for other players. For your sake and for ours, use the BidBuddy!
