Read on for more details.

Conserving Bids from the August 4th Blog

The theme of August 4th’s blog was all about ways to conserve bids on DealDash. The top tip of that blog was simply to get a bid in before the No Jumper limit is reached and then sit back and watch. From the blog:

“ If you want to conserve your hard earned bids, a great way to do that is not to bid continuously. If you’re bidding on a higher priced auction such as a laptop, television, or vacation, though, this can be a super strategy to save yourself some bids, and therefore, money.”

No Jumper Limit of $10 from the August 6th Blog

The blog on August 6st had interesting information about bidding this week on DealDash. On this particular day the No Jumper Limit had been raised to $10. How do you feel about that? Do you hope that DealDash does that again in the future, or do you hope that they stick to $5 or even $3? Here’s what the blog had to say:

“However, today the limit is $10. This is excellent news for some of the larger auctions that typically end for over $1,000. The major thing that you need to remember for this promotion is to be sure to get your bids in before the auction reaches $10.

Badge Info from the August 7th Blog

The blog on August 6th had a few suggestions on which badges are easier and harder to earn on DealDash. There are many different badges, you should take the time to check them all out. Here are 3 easy ones to win, according to Barbara, who was the author of this great article:

New Best Friend — Book two BidBuddies. This is an easy badge to win because it only requires a few bids.

Story Time — Write something about yourself in your Bidder Bio. This is also easy to do because we only need to write one or two simple sentences. Some bidders attempt to use this section by making statements to intimidate others, but that’s against DealDash policy.

Worth a Thousand Words — Set a customer avatar for your profile. I chose a photo of myself but DealDash has plenty of other avatar icons customers can choose.”

Getting Your Bid’s Worth from the August 8th Blog

The blog on August 8th had suggestions on how to get your bid’s worth on DealDash. There are many ways, but in my opinion, the best way is to take advantage of the free bids that DealDash often offers. Here’s just one way, from the blog:

“For example, you can get bids for completing special challenges that you learn about by signing into the site and checking what’s written on the banner of the main page. Just click here and take a look and see if there are any special challenges going on today.”

DealDash Tips to Get Your “Bid’s Worth”

DealDash

Getting your “bid’s worth” when you are bidding on DealDash is just as important as getting your money’s worth when you are shopping at the store. Here are some tips to help.

There are lots of ways to conserve and “stretch out” your bids, therefore, getting your bid’s worth on DealDash. This is important, especially if you are on a bidding budget, self-imposed or otherwise. This article is going to tell you some of the best ways to get your bid’s worth on DealDash. Read on for more information.

Conserve Your Bids by Getting Free Ones

You can easily conserve the bids that you bought with your hard-earned money by getting free bids from DealDash. There are many different ways to get free bids, and DealDash management often comes up with new and different ones. For example, you can get bids for completing special challenges that you learn about by signing into the site and checking what’s written on the banner of the main page. Just click here and take a look and see if there are any special challenges going on today.

There are other ways to get free bids, such as collecting time on your bid meter. Your bid meter is located at the bottom of your screen and fills up with green when you are the highest bidder in an auction. You can collect many, many minutes by just participating in auctions. You can collect time in auctions that are going on simultaneously if you are using your BidBuddy. This is called “Time As The Highest Bidder”, and most bidders love to collect free bids this way.

Remember, when you are bidding with free bids that DealDash give you, you are saving the bids that you paid for. This is an excellent strategy to get your bid’s worth when you are participating on DealDash.

Don’t Bid on Just Anything

I have been bidding in auctions for many years now. One thing that I never understand is why people waste their bids by bidding just a few bids here and there and then complain when they don’t win. Sure, you can occasionally get a win with just a few bids, but that’s extremely unlikely to happen when there are at least 5 people already bidding in the same auction. However, I see it happen time and time again. It’s a much better strategy to spend bids on things that you are really interested in winning.

No New Bidders After $10?!

You might notice something different that’s going on today – instead of having a $5 No Jumper limit there is a $10 limit today. What is $5 No Jumper? This denotes that there are no new bidders permitted into an auction after it gets to five dollars. This means that there’s an even greater chance that you will be victorious because there will be far fewer individuals in each auction. That’s good news for every one of the bidders. There are lots of auctions offered to bid on, so don’t stress, there sufficient items for everybody. That’s one of the marvelous aspects of DealDash, there are new auctions starting every 2 minutes usually. However, today the limit is $10. This is excellent news for some of the larger auctions that typically end for over $1,000. The major thing that you need to remember for this promotion is to be sure to get your bids in before the auction reaches $10.

It’s Important to BIN if You’ve Used Many Bids

If you have been bidding on an auction and you have spent too many bids then it’s important that you know how to use the BIN (Buy It Now) feature. You can BIN any auction that you have participated in. You’ll get all of your bids back after you pay the retail price of the item. Each item’s BIN price is located on their auction pages.

If you’re ready to BIN, look at the main page of the auction. You’ll find a  black box on the right-hand side of the page. At the bottom of the box, you will see a button that says “Buy this item for ___”. Just click that box and you can BIN the item. Pay for the item, and then DeaDash will refund all of your bids that you used on this particular item. Not only that, DealDash also provides free shipping.
