In this educational and fun weekly series, we highlight the top tips and best suggestions from the previous week. The Top Tips Round-Up is all about DealDash tips and important information bidders who use DealDash. You’ll need to read this article so you don’t lose out on any tips, tricks, or ideas. Read on for more details.
Conserving Bids from the August 4th Blog
The theme of August 4th’s blog was all about ways to conserve bids on DealDash. The top tip of that blog was simply to get a bid in before the No Jumper limit is reached and then sit back and watch. From the blog:
“ If you want to conserve your hard earned bids, a great way to do that is not to bid continuously. If you’re bidding on a higher priced auction such as a laptop, television, or vacation, though, this can be a super strategy to save yourself some bids, and therefore, money.”

No Jumper Limit of $10 from the August 6th Blog
The blog on August 6st had interesting information about bidding this week on DealDash. On this particular day the No Jumper Limit had been raised to $10. How do you feel about that? Do you hope that DealDash does that again in the future, or do you hope that they stick to $5 or even $3? Here’s what the blog had to say:
“However, today the limit is $10. This is excellent news for some of the larger auctions that typically end for over $1,000. The major thing that you need to remember for this promotion is to be sure to get your bids in before the auction reaches $10.”

Badge Info from the August 7th Blog
The blog on August 6th had a few suggestions on which badges are easier and harder to earn on DealDash. There are many different badges, you should take the time to check them all out. Here are 3 easy ones to win, according to Barbara, who was the author of this great article:
“New Best Friend — Book two BidBuddies. This is an easy badge to win because it only requires a few bids.
Story Time — Write something about yourself in your Bidder Bio. This is also easy to do because we only need to write one or two simple sentences. Some bidders attempt to use this section by making statements to intimidate others, but that’s against DealDash policy.
Worth a Thousand Words — Set a customer avatar for your profile. I chose a photo of myself but DealDash has plenty of other avatar icons customers can choose.”

Getting Your Bid’s Worth from the August 8th Blog
The blog on August 8th had suggestions on how to get your bid’s worth on DealDash. There are many ways, but in my opinion, the best way is to take advantage of the free bids that DealDash often offers. Here’s just one way, from the blog:
“For example, you can get bids for completing special challenges that you learn about by signing into the site and checking what’s written on the banner of the main page. Just click here and take a look and see if there are any special challenges going on today.”
