Shopping for Backpacks

Have you noticed the many different backpacks that go up for auction on DealDash.com?

Over the years, I won several backpacks on DealDash. I kept some and gave some away as gifts to my sons. I gave a waterproof backpack to my granddaughter and she used it as a laundry bag to keep her clothes dry. We live in a rainy state and she had to walk between her apartment and a laundry room. We are all very happy with the backpacks I won from DealDash because they all spell QUALITY in capital letters. They are strong, made to last and have plenty of room.

A new backpack tops many shopper’s back to school lists.

Let’s take a look at a few of the best backpacks DealDash now puts up for auction.

The Tactical Backpack with a BIN of $240 is a “must have” for every serious trail blazer or camper. It has a place for everything any hiker might need or want for a long expedition over multiple days. It measures 21.6 by 14.2 by 9.8 and has three separate compartments. The easy-access top zipped section can carry a phone and compass. This keeps the backpack secure and evenly distributes weight to provide added comfort and ease when carrying a weight-bearing load.

According to the DealDash description, the largest compartment can store bulky items such as extra clothing layers and shoes; and the two side compartments will hold smaller essentials like food, knife, torch, extra ammunition supplies and other survival tools.

So far, this Tactical Backpack has received 55 customer reviews and has earned an overall rating of 4.88 out of 5.0. This is a very high rating and says a lot about customer satisfaction of this product.

Stabilizing endurance backpack

The Stabilizing Endurance Backpack with a BIN of $625 is designed in nylon jacquard and heavy-duty polyester with PU coating, water repellent. This backpack is another durable backpack intended for use in some rugged backcountry terrain.

According to the DealDash description, this backpack measures 32.7 by 16.5 by 11.8 inches and has a volume of 65 liters. It was made to adapt to the user’s height for a precise fit and optimal positioning to distribute weight evenly.  It has cushioned, adjustable shoulder straps with waist straps and sternum harness. It also comes with an aluminum spine panel and is designed to enhance air circulation and keep the user’s back cool and dry.

The front poly-jersey fabric pocket holds extra clothing and accessories, and the bottom compartment is for holding a sleeping bag. It also has side drop-in pockets, a rain cover in a bottom pocket and even has a zipper pocket on the waist belt. It also includes a trekking pole and ice axe attachments.

Shopping For Pain Relief

DealDash.com is the favorite shopping site for many retirees, and now DealDash has an auction that might be of special interest to senior citizens – CBD pain relief heating patches.

It’s no secret that as we age the likelihood of us experiencing more aches and pains increases, but it’s difficult to enjoy life to the fullest if we are dealing with constant pain. Therefore, many senior citizens are looking for a pain relief solution that really works. The CBD pain relief heating patches just might be the answer.

A man grabs and stretches his sore lower-back while at work.
Unfortunately, many of us need to work daily to manage pain in some form or another.

Each packet contains 10 pouches and there are 4 patches per pouch. So far, there are not yet any customer reviews posted, but according to the product description, these patches “provide an ideal way to get long-lasting relief for a sore or impacted area.” Each patch contains 25 mg. of CBD; however, “these patches are THC-Free so we don’t have to worry about compliance rules in certain settings.”

When we stick these 3 by 3 inch patches to our skin, “they help to encourage blood flow around the damaged or sore area which may help to reduce the isolated inflammation and built-up pressure that causes the soreness.” Another benefit of using these patches is that “the heating affect can sooth chronically stiff and tight muscles and joints.”

This auction has a BIN of $180 but many winners have already won this auction at bargain prices. For example:

  • July 24, these CBD pain relief heating patches sold for 16 cents. The winner paid a total of only $1.05 including the cost of the five bids placed.
  • July 27, this auction sold for $1.29. The winner paid a total of $6.33 including the cost of the 31 bids placed to win it.
  • Aug. 3, this auction sold for $4.56. The winner paid a total of $17.76 including the cost of the 66 bids placed.
  • Aug. 6, these CBD pain relief heating patches sold for $1.91. The winner paid a total of $6.95 including the cost of the 30 bids placed.
  • Aug. 7, this auction sold for $2.05. This winner paid a total of $12.22 including the cost of the 56 bids placed.

As we can see from the many examples above, bidding on this pain relieving product could be one of the best opportunities for us to win a huge bargain.

Watch for it

The next time these CBD pain relief heating patches go up for auction is Aug. 8 at 9:19 p.m. Pacific Time. If you already missed it by the time you see this post, keep your eyes open because it will most likely come up for auction again soon.

DealDash also offers other products containing CBD, such as face crème that we might be interested in shopping for, too. That’s why it’s a good idea to sign in to DealDash every day so we are sure not to miss any new and exciting auction.

Happy shopping everyone!

Tic-Tac-Toe Shopping Fun

Have you checked out the awesome Tic-Tac-Toe auction on DealDash.com?

Children and adults alike have most likely enjoyed playing Tic-Tac-Toe hundreds of times. The question is: What makes this Tic-Tac-Toe game special?

Shoppers may be surprised to see the $890 BIN on this set of Tic-Tac-Toe, but that has not deterred anyone as it appears to be a fairly popular auction. Why?

Most likely it’s because this set is a very special and unique set that we probably would not find anywhere else. In fact, it might be the perfect gift to give to a friend or family member who already has everything else.

A tic-tac-toe board sits and is ready to be used!
Tic-Tac-Toe is a fun game you can play in only minutes!

This Tic-Tac-Toe set goes above and beyond any other set you have ever seen. This one is more than just a game. Each piece has been carefully crafted out of pine wood, and “each cube is delicately imprinted with a silver toned ‘X’ or ‘O’” In other words, this Tic-Tac-Toe set is so magnificently set into a sturdy wood frame that we could proudly display on our coffee table.

Best of all, all five of the previous winners (so far) have won this set of Tic-Tac-Toe for far less than the BIN. So far the best deal was won on Aug. 5 when this auction closed for only $8.79 and the winner paid a total of $36.39 including the cost of the 138 bids placed.

The history of Tic-Tac-Toe

According to my research, games played on three-in-a-row boards can be traced back to ancient Egypt, where such game boards have been found on roofing tiles dating from around 1300 BC. However, an early variation of Tic-Tac-Toe was played in the Roman Empire around the first century BC. However, the game was then referred to as terni lapilli, or three pebbles at a time.

The modern game we know as Tic-Tac-Toe is played on a nine-square grid created by drawing lines to create three horizontal rows and three vertical columns. The game has two players take turns in drawing either an “O” or an “X” in one square of a grid consisting of nine squares. The winner is the first player to get three of the same symbols in a row. This form of the game came out in 1969, the year of Woodstock and the first man on the moon.

Tic-Tac-Toe is designed to be unbeatable with no way to win outright. However, that does not mean players have to lose either. With the right strategy, we could easily ensure that we will never lose another Tic-Tac-Toe game.

When no one wins a Tic-Tac-Toe it is called a “cat’s game.” The concept is that a cat cannot catch its own tail, just like a player in Tic-Tac-Toe cannot win a game that is already tied.
