Have you noticed that every once in a while DealDash.com features a Varying No New Bidders Limit.
Do you know how it works? Most of the time DealDash has a standard $5 No New Bidders Limit. That means any shopper who has not already placed a bid in the auction before it reaches $5 that player would not be allowed to participate in the auction period. When DealDash features a Varying No New Bidders Limit, they will place different amounts on the No New Bidder Limit. Each auction will be assigned a new amount from as low as 50 cents to as high as the standard $5. Some auctions could be $1 or $1.50 or $2 or $2.50 and some will remain at the standard $5 No New Bidder Limit.
The greatest advantage to shopping during the Varying No New Bidders Limit is that it eliminates a lot of the competition and gives us a greater opportunity to win an auction for less money.
When DealDash features the Varrying No New Bidders Limit it’s important to find out which auctions are designated to reach the No New Bidders Limit for the lowest amount of money. If we do not get our first bid placed soon enough, we will find ourselves locked out. So we need to know how to find these auctions early before it’s too late. That is the question: “How do we do that?”
A winning strategy
When DealDash features the Varying No New Bidders Limit it’s important to find out which auctions are designated to reach the No New Bidders Limit for the lowest amount of money. If we do not get our first bid placed early enough, we will find ourselves locked out. So we need to know how to find these auctions as quickly as possible before it’s too late. That is the question: “How do we do that?”
Go to the home page and at the upper left near the header click on “Browse Categories.” A list of auction categories will pop up. The first category is Bid Packs. If I click on Bid Packs I can quickly find which ones are designated to lock out all new bidders for the least amount of money. I learned it’s a good idea to place bids on several different auctions that are designated to lock all new bidders out early. Later on we might want to delete our bids in some of the auctions if we see some power bidders show up in some of the same ones.
By using this feature recently, I chose to participate in the Bid Packs category and I won two Bid Packs at bargain prices.
The bottom line
If we learn the best winning strategy to take advantage of special features like the Varying No New Bidders Limit, we will have a very happy and successful shopping experience.
