Guess what? DealDash.com has recently done something to make winning easier. Each bidder can no longer win the same item more than once every 30 days.
That may not be good news for “power bidders” who repeatedly win more than their fair share of items, but it certainly is good news for everyone else.
This means once a shopper has won an auction, that shopper will be locked out for 30 days from bidding on the same item again, and that will result in fewer potential bidders for the next auction (if within 30 days!)
Therefore, if you have been discouraged and have not been bidding on DealDash lately, now is a good time to go back and try again. With a good plan of action, we might be able to win the auctions we never won before.
Here is a good plan of action:
- Write down the names of the power bidders who often win several items times a week.
- Look for those names on the list of shoppers who already won the auction and are now blocked out for a full 30 days. If you see those screen names are on the winner’s list, you no longer have to worry about competing with them to win the auction, so now is a good time for you to place your bids and go for the win.
- Place at least one bid early so you do not get blocked out from competing. When the bidding gets down to the last two or three bidders, place the bulk of your bids. Then monitor the auction closely.
Shopping on DealDash is now more exciting than ever. I’ll see you there!
