screenshot-11

Do you have what it takes to become a star bidder on DealDash? Star bidders rule the auctions on DealDash!

Star bidders are on the rise on DealDash! What’s a star bidder? A star bidder is someone who knows all the tips and tricks to win the most auctions on DealDash. Power bidders win by bidding until they win – no matter what the cost; Star bidders use the information that they have been given here on DealDash Tips and also over on DealDash Blog and win the auctions by outsmarting the other bidders. Don’t waste your bids by competing with the power bidders, use your knowledge and be a star bidder instead! Here are some guidelines to follow if you want to win more auctions on DealDash.

  • Do your research. When you see something on the front page of DealDash are you just randomly throwing bids at it? That’s not a smart idea – it’s much better to do your research on an item when you see it on the front page of DealDash, it’s very likely that the same item will come around again in the next few days or weeks.

  • Use the “Alert Me” feature that DealDash provides. If you took my advice and did your research on an item before bidding, but don’t see it coming up in the next day or so, then be sure to hit the “Alert Me” button. The “Alert Me” button should be right in front of you when you open up an auction’s page- it’s blue and in a black box that says “Coming soon.”

  • Only bid on items that you really want or need. Are you really going to buy that $14,000 massage chair if you don’t win? Probably not! However, if you bid on things that you actually need or were planning on buying anyway such as kitchen items, kid’s items, or maybe a new computer then you can feel safe and secure in “going all in” and bidding up to the BIN (Buy It Now) price. If you have bid up to the BIN price and haven’t won you can hit the “Buy It Now” button, and when you purchase the item you will receive all of your bids back as well as get free shipping on the item.

  • Make a DealDash budget for yourself. Speaking of “Buying It Now,” be sure that you have set up a budget for that particular item, or DealDash in general. Write down how much money per week, month, or paycheck that you can comfortably spend bidding on items at DealDash without hurting your wallet. When you stay within the budget that you have set for yourself, you will be much more confident and be able to BIN without fear of breaking your budget.

  • Keep an eye on your competition. Do you see the same few screen names over and over in the auctions that you enter? Try to keep track of their screen names, when they enter the auction, and when they leave the auction. That way you will be better prepared for future auctions when you see them again.

DealDash Tips for Balanced Bidding

dd-round-logo

Today DealDash is going to give you some tips today on balanced bidding. Read on to become a better bidder.

What do I mean by “balanced bidding?” Balanced bidding is a technique I like to use to ensure that I am not wasting too many bids at once on the same auction. Balanced bidding is important because even though you can get bids on DealDash at a very low price they still add up pretty quickly and you can bust your budget quickly if you aren’t thrifty and frugal with your bidding. Here are some ideas to keep your bidding balanced and your budget in check.

If you’re bidding in more than 2 or 3 auctions at one time I would advise you to stop. If you’re letting your attention go in 6 different directions and aren’t paying attention to the auctions that you are the most interested in, then you’re not practicing balanced bidding. The BidBuddy is there to help you every step of the way, of course, but if you’re participating in a few hot auctions at once you’ll want to try and monitor your BidBuddies that you have set up. You’ll want to monitor them to ensure that they have enough bids, that you aren’t coming too close to the BIN (Buy It Now) price, and once the auction has gotten down to just a couple of bidders it’s smart to keep an eye on the auction.

Part of balanced bidding also includes not “stomping” on other people’s bids – it’s not only a waste of bids but also makes people upset at you and more likely to bid against you out of spite when they might have otherwise moved on to another auction.

Balanced bidding is an important part of enjoying your time on DealDash, and making sure that you are using your bids wisely. When you use your bids wisely, use your friend the BidBuddy, use the awesome BIN feature, and are a polite bidder you will have the maximum amount of fun on DealDash. And isn’t fun what auctions and entertainment shopping is all about?

DealDash Tips for Buying Bids

screenshot-7If you’ve been waiting around for a great sale on bids on DealDash, then you’ll want to read on, because I have some information that you’re going to want to read.

Here it is, the middle of December, and you are ready to finally bite the bullet and jump in a DealDash auction for that new TV, laptop, or tablet that you think would make a perfect gift for your friend or family member. But wait! You only have a few hundred bids in your account; that’s just not going to cut it for a high-end electronic device that 50 other bidders are interested in winning. If you’re ready to “go all the way” and bid up to the BIN (Buy It Now) limit, then you’re going to need to buy some bids.

How many bids will you need to buy? Well, it’s up to you, of course, but a great thing to do when deciding how many bids to purchase is to do a little research on your product of choice. Click on the DealDash auction that you are interested in, and look to the left of the screen. Under the picture of the item will be a box that includes information about the previous auctions for the same item. The box will include the date of the previous auction, the amount that the item sold for, and the winning bidder. With this information in hand, you can get a rough estimate of how many bids you might need to spend to become the winning bidder or to BIN the item.

For example, if you are planning on entering a DealDash auction for a tablet, and you open up the auction’s page and see that it usually goes for around $25 at auction, and has a $300 BIN price, then you will need to do a few calculations. How many bids you will need to reach the BIN price depends on the price of bids that day. Say the bids are currently selling for .14 – You just need to take $300, divide it by .14, and you have your answer – 2142 bids! However, you will want to monitor this auction as it gets closer to the ending if this is a regular auction, because if you end up winning, then you will still have to pay the final auction price.

If you aren’t going to be able to watch the end of the auction, you might want to consider that if the average tablet auction is ending at $25, then you might only want to put in $275 worth of bids, which would be 1964 bids. If this is during a special promotion such as a “Free Auction Weekend,” then this doesn’t apply, of course.

I hope that you found this DealDash Tips article helpful. Remember, buy your bids in advance, so you get the best possible price instead of waiting until the last minute and having to pay whatever the bid price happens to be that particular day. Go check out the auctions on DealDash. Good luck and happy bidding, everyone!

DealDash Tips – Choosing the Best Auction

dealdash

Choosing the best auction to bid on can mean the difference between winning or not. Here are some tips from DealDash to help you choose which auctions you should bid on.

How should you choose which auctions to bid on, and which auctions to pass right by without even a single bid? There are many factors to determine this, and even with all of the knowledge in the world you aren’t going to win every single auction – but follow these tips from DealDash, and you will be choosing the best auction and winning more than before.

When you are browsing through the active auctions, be sure that you are observing the other bidders, as well. When you are on DealDash, you can learn things about other bidders such as their bidding styles, if they use a BidBuddy, and most importantly if they are a “Power Bidder.” A Power Bidder bids and bids and bids until they win, relentlessly, no matter how many bids they have used. You’ll want to make a list of the Power Bidders, and be sure to avoid the auctions that they are participating in on DealDash. Choosing not to bid against a known Power Bidder is always a good choice!

Another way to choose which auction to participate in is your needs, of course. If you are in the market for a new TV or laptop, and you are planning on buying one anyway, you might as well try to win it on DealDash. Choosing to bid on an auction that you are 100% committed to BINning (Buying It Now) is a good choice, because if you win the item for a great discount, then that’s awesome! However, if you don’t win the auction, you can always BIN the item and receive all of your bids back to use on another auction.

Finally, another smart way to choose the best auction to bid on when using DealDash is to be observant when browsing the categories on DealDash. When you are scrolling through the auctions, be sure to also sort them by category. That way you can see which category is having a lot of auctions come up on the same day. If you decide that you want to win a piece of jewelry, for instance, instead of bidding on the one in the morning, if the same auction is going on later that day or the next day, give that one a try. Logically speaking, the people who are most interested in the auction would probably be bidding on the first one. If you try the next one instead, there might be a little less competition.

I hope that you have found this DealDash Tips article helpful. Make sure that you check out all of the categories. Dealdash has electronics, home items, kitchen, and more. DealDash has hundreds of auctions daily. Visit DealDash now for a great selection. Good luck and happy bidding everyone!
