Delightful DealDash Tips to Win

DealDash

Winning on DealDash is sure to be a delightful time. Here are some delightful tips to win on DealDash.

If you’ve been playing on DealDash for a while I’m sure that you’ve picked up some of your own tips and tricks to get nice wins on DealDash. There’s no harm in trying some different tips and strategies every time you play though, so try these delightful DealDash tips from me.

Avoid Known Power Bidders

DealDash along with other bidding sites have their share of Power Bidders. These are the bidders that bid until they win, no matter what the cost. Power Bidders are the type of bidder that will bid more than the retail price of the auction just to prove a point to the rest of the bidder in the auction. The point is, of course, “don’t bid against me again and think that you will win.” These are bidders who will bid 2,000 bids on an item that’s only worth 1,00 bids, just to show everyone that they won’t back down from a challenge. The Power Bidders are bidders that you really should avoid if you can. Personally, I keep a list of the Power Bidders and make it a point not to get involved in auctions with them.

This is why setting your BidBuddy to bid just 1 bid in any auction that you’re interested in can be a smart move. That way you won’t get locked out of the auction, but you will be able to see who else will be bidding in the auction with you. If there is a Power Bidder that you know also interested in the item, well, you can just walk away spending only one bid.

Pick a Favorite Category – and Stick With It

I like to bid in all of the categories, but it’s smart to pick a single category that you spend the majority of your bids in. This way you can become familiar with the other bidders that also like that category, and what price that they are willing to spend to get a win. For example, if you like to hang around the Bid Pack category, you will get to know the bidders that are also fond of that category, and what they are willing to spend on each bid pack. I actually have a spreadsheet on my computer with bidder names and what price certain auctions closed at. This way I can really get a good idea if someone truly is “in it to win it”, of if that’s just all talk. Give it a try and make your own spreadsheet, all if will cost you is a little bit of time!

DealDash’s Tips for an Awesome Backyard

DealDash

Summer is (almost) officially here, and it’s time that we spent more time outdoors in the backyard. Here are some tips from DealDash to win auctions and make your yard amazing.

Backyard (and front yard) items are fun and also practical items to win on DealDash. They can be something fun like a pool to something less exciting like a shovel, rake, or another unfun item. However, my idea of fun and your idea of fun might be different, so judgment here, folks! DealDash has a wide array of backyard items, here are the tips to win them.

Decide What You Want to Win

The first step in becoming the next big winner of a backyard item is to figure out exactly what it is that you want to win. Trust me, if you just start bidding all over the place, a bid, bid here and a bid, bid there, you’re not going to be as successful as if you picked an item, did the research, and planned out your bidding strategy.

Read the Reviews

You might have noticed the product reviews on DealDash. These reviews are made by other bidders just like you. Sometimes there are multiple different items that are similar that you need to decide between before you start bidding. Some examples of this are grills, outdoor toys, and gardening supplies. DealDash has a wide and varied product selection, so it makes sense that you would want to read the reviews before deciding on bidding on a particular outdoor item.

Bid it Up to BIN

After you have decided exactly what you want to bid on, and the particular brand and color – then it’s time to fill up your BidBuddy to the BIN (Buy It Now) price. This is why you should do your research and figure out exactly what you want to bid on – because the smartest and best way to win is to bid up to the BIN price. You wouldn’t want to spend tons of bids to get to the BIN price if it was an item that you were merely “meh” about.

Set Alerts

The easiest way to win mowers, power washers, garden lights, benches, and more on DealDash is to do your research first. Figure out exactly what garden item you would like to win, and then set alerts on DealDash. This way you will know when the backyard items are coming up for auction.

DealDash Tips to Bid While You’re Busy

dealdash bid busy

Everyone these days is busy. How do you find the time to bid on DealDash? Let me give you some tips.

Bidding on DealDash is such a fun hobby, it’s really a stress reliever. I consider it one of my most beloved hobbies. I love to bid, and of course I love to win! But what about when I don’t have the time to bid? It makes me sad when I don’t bid on DealDash for days at a time, but sometimes I am just too busy to pop by. Luckily for me I can still get my DealDash bidding in without having to spend too much time sitting at my computer just watching and waiting. Here are my top tips for bidding when life is busy.

Schedule Your Bids With BidBuddy

BidBuddy is the ultimate busy person’s friend. If you haven’t acquainted yourself with the BidBuddy yet, it’s time you were introduced. Using the BidBuddy is really simple. First, just input the number of bids that you would like your BidBuddy to place for you. Next, hit the “Book a BidBuddy” button. That’s it! There is no step three.

After you have booked the bids, your BidBuddy will automatically place your bids before the bid clock counts down to 0. They are usually placed around the 2-3 second mark on the countdown timer. The BidBuddy will automatically start bidding for you, you don’t even have to have your computer on.

This is perfect for the busy person because after you have booked your BidBuddy you can even turn off your computer. You don’t need to sit there staring at the screen waiting for the auction to begin or drag on for hours. The BidBuddy will automatically start bidding for you, and will take turn bidding with the other BidBuddies until only one is left, and they are the winner of the auction.

Alert Me

The “Alert Me” function is also very handy for busy people. When you have some spare time, go through the auctions and mark all of the ones that you are interested in with the “Alert Me” button. This button is on every product that DealDash has in its catalog, and you can set as many alerts as you would like, there is no limit. Whenever you search for a product on DealDash and discover that there isn’t currently an auction planned for it, be sure to hit the Alert Me button, and you will get an email when the product is scheduled to be up for bid. It’s a great way to never miss an auction that’s important to you.

Once you receive the email from DealDash saying that the product you were interested in is available, just hop right onto DealDash and book a BidBuddy. The Alert Me button and the BidBuddy make a winning combination for the busy person.

DealDash Tips for Being a Present Bidder

DealDash Tips Snowflake

Staying present and alert when you are bidding on DealDash is a must. But what about when you get distracted? Here are some tips for staying present.

Bidding on DealDash is fun and exciting, but even the best of us get distracted sometimes. Between the kids yelling, the dogs barking, the food on the stove burning, and the doorbell ringing it’s a busy world and distraction is inevitable. Luckily, with a little concentration and some help from DealDash you can stay involved and stay present in the auctions.

Keep an Eye on Your BidBuddy

The BidBuddy is the best way to win in any DealDash auction. However, loading up the BidBuddy and walking away doesn’t gurantee you a win. You can always load up the BidBuddy to the BIN (Buy It Now) price and leave it up to chance if you win or lose. Or, you can keep an eye on your BidBuddy and keep adding and removing bids as you see fit. It’s a bit of a gamble, of course, but it’s a good way to save bids as well as staying alert.

Don’t Get Into too Many Auctions at Once

It’s not a great idea to get into too many auctions at once. It’s very hard to keep an eye on more than a few auctions at a time, and it’s easy to lose if you aren’t paying attention. If you must get into more than a few auctions at once you should definitely use your computer to your advantage. Each auction that you are bidding in, be sure to open up a new tab on your computer. That way you can switch back and forth quickly to check your auctions. The very act of switching your tabs back and forth can keep you alert as well.

If You Can’t Be Present at Least Save Money

Perhaps you weren’t paying attention and ended up losing a few auctions. Now you don’t have any bids left, oh no! Well, there’s an easy way to get those bids back. Just BIN those auctions! Binning is a way to get the item you’ve been bidding on and get your bids back as well as free shipping on the item. Not only all of those great things, but you even get to keep all of that time that you earned on your bid meter being the highest bidder.
