It’s Time to Think Summer at DealDash!

You don’t want to wait until the middle of summer to start winning summer items.  You have your holiday shopping done,  it’s a new year.  Think Summer! There are many great summer items coming on the market at DealDash in the coming weeks.  You can find a nice variety of lawn furniture, yard decorations, swimming pools, accessories for your pool and many other items.  

There are bird houses and garden tools, kids toys and grown up lawn games. I have won so many items for my yard, I won a Bocce Ball Set for only a few pennies, I’ve won several Grilling Accessories for only one penny.

I love bidding on Summer items and that is why I have 2 inflatables for our pool that I won for less than $3.00 and lighting for my yard, a floatation light I won for one penny.  I won a unique  gazing ball for only $2.20, it illuminates in a variety of colors and is charged completely by the sun.  I won this Swimming Pool Vacuum for only .69 cents.   

I won a 4-person Ozark Trail Tent for only $6.28.  It has a 6ft ceiling and it’s great to be able to stand inside it.  I won an inflatable boat for $3.39! It’s a boat! I’ve also won several garden tools, a couple of shovels, a hoe and a garden tool kit.  

I won this Automatic Swimming Pool Vacuum for less than $3.00.  With all thing added up I saved over 90% overall on all these fun Summer  items.   i will get years of use out of my great wins from DealDash.  I am so thrilled the Summer items are coming back, it’s time!  The weather has been very mild this winter, it makes me long for the fun in the sun time of year.  So over the next few weeks I will be notified by the “Alert Me” feature found in the individual auctions for all my new summer items.  

 I haven’t won it yet, but I am going for this fantastic Poly-Tex Mythos Series 6×8 foot Greenhouse, it’s been a while since it was on the market, but it is schedule to begin soon.  I really want this unit.  Guess I’ll have to load up on bids and make it my mission!

If you have been at DealDash for more that 24 hours and you aren’t going for the big prize, you are wasting time.  The power bidders have nothing on you, well except experience and a bunch of bids, but don’t let that bother you, and don’t underestimate the power of one bid.  I won an auction the other day with one bid left, literally my last bid won, it was phenomenal!

Here’s what you do; first, load up on bids, you will need them to beat the big guy, when I say load up on bids I mean thousands, if you aren’t prepared to spent hundreds of dollars to win thousands of dollars worth of merchandise, don’t bid on the big stuff.  You will only be disappointed because the chance of you winning with only 10 bids is simply unrealistic.  It does happen, but rarely over and over to the same person…think of the odds.

Now that you have loaded up on bids, just choose one item to bid on.  Don’t over extend yourself!  If you bid on six items at once and you only have 1000 bids you are going to be out of bids very soon.  With 1000 bids focus on ONE ITEM!

Now, you have 1000 bids and you are going for the $ 3000.o0 item, my suggestion is to buy another 1000 bids. You have to realize that it takes more than a couple hundred bids to win the big items.

In the past, every single time I’ve tried to take down the big guy, with a few bids I’ve gotten taken down, it’s the nature of the beast! It’s plain and simple, going  for the big one means burning bids to beat the big guy!

Once you’ve decided to go for the big item, don’t let yourself down, you have committed to the item now go for it!

Going for it means, you use all the bids you can, you join the auction early then leave and come back when all the early bidders leave.  Then there is the group who comes in after the initial run. So now you have the early bidders and the mid to early bidders.  After that you will get the mid to late bidders who think they are going to come in after you  placed 1000 bids.  Now is the time to back out, come back when this guy is exhausted.  We are looking at another 1000 bids.

So, you are ready to go for the big one, and you are going to buy 2000 bids. The best advice I can give you is you most likely won’t win both auctions you are bidding in, but you will win one.

Stay involved. stay focused, don’t over extend yourself.  Buy a lot of bids!

DealDash has a generous exchange policy. You can win an item at DealDash and exchange it for an amount of bids which you can use for another auction.   Sometimes that can be very rewarding.  I have won some of my favorite prizes that way. You can parlay a small win into that one item you have been trying for.

You want to go for the big prize, but you just don’t have enough bids, the best thing to do right now is bid on the small items and trade them in for more bids.  This is not always the best strategy, but if you are trying to win that one big item on a budget, this could be the best way.

There are a wide variety of items for sale on the DealDash site that sell for a low final price, and you can find them in every category.  Research the final selling price of a item listed on the auction page,  not every item has the final selling price listed, but the items with the most value and the widest range on winning price do.   Additionally, items with a value less than 200 tend to have less players.

Once you win the small auction you can trade in the prize for bids, then save your bids and go for the big one.   This is really similar to going after bid packs.  Except bid Packs are very popular, so going after them can be challenging.   At times, going after small prizes may be the best option simply because there are less people in the auction.

Before you start this stategy, do your homework!  Calculate the average selling price, see what other items are going for on the Winners Review Page, get to know the field of players when you are ready to begin, see who’s out of the field by utilizing the “Who’s at their limit?” tab on your Dashboard.

You’ve done your homework, now it’s time to buy the bids you plan on using to parlay to a larger prize, and most importantly, use your Bid Buddy!  There is no sense in trying to parlay into more bids if you are going rogue at the same time.  This is also a good time to stay focused on one auction.  You may be tempted to get into several small auctions, but this will spread you too thin to pay attention to the task at hand, winning!

Tip: Stick with a category you are familiar with, although it doesn’t matter what the item is you’re going after because you are trading it in, it helps to know the category.

DealDash has worked hard to build a site where you don’t have to go away empty-handed, so with some planning and wise bidding, you can get the prize of your dreams with a parlay!

The first step to making your bids count is to examine your budget.  Decide the amount you are comfortable using for bids then add the ending price of the auction.  Set limits for yourself to stay within your budget.  Then, go shopping!  DealDash has every day items for you, your family and your home available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!  

This time of year you may be thinking of a New Year’s Eve party or a hostess gift.  Whenever you have a need for a small appliance for the kitchen, or you are in the market for some home decor, a gift basket or a door prize always think of DealDash too, you will be pleasantly surprised how wide a variety of merchandise they carry.  

The quality and quantity of items to choose from are endless, there is always something new and there is always the classic original.  Choose your favorite items and make a list.  Select the item and have DealDash alert you when it becomes available.  When you open an individual auction, you will see the Bid Buddy, just below that there is an “Alert Me” tab, click on that and DealDash will send you an email letting you know a few hours prior to the auction beginning, and in the case of future auctions it will let you know when it’s planned and then again when it due to start, they really want you to win the item!  

Many items are staples of the site and don’t require as much planning, you can always count on easily finding an item in categories like hobbies, home and garden, and sometimes it’s just fun to bid on a bid pack!  DealDash is so much more than just shopping, and with a little planning, a bit of knowledge about other players and a pinch of time, you can find some amazing deals.
