How to Find and Score New Items on DealDash

Now more than ever, as we get closer to the holidays, you may find that DealDash not only brings back old favorites into the mix but also adds new and exciting items for those looking for super bargains and great gift-giving ideas.

How to find new items

The best and fastest way to find new items is to click on the Browse categories drop-down menu just under the main banner on the home page of the DealDash site. Once you do that, click on New items to browse some of the new items up for bids in the auctions.

Use the search function

If you’re a fan of shopping for certain brands on DealDash, try typing in the brand name in the search box to see if there are new items being offered with that brand. If you’re familiar with the current offerings, any new offerings will jump right out you as pleasant additions.

Bookmark new faves

Once you’ve identified the new items you’d like to win, be sure to bookmark them by clicking on the clear star in the upper right hand corner of the auction. Once you do, the star will turn yellow and you the item will move to the top of your page.

Alert! Alert!

Along with bookmarking the new items you’re interested in, check the blue Alert me box. Once you click on that box, it will turn from blue to red and you will receive an email within eight hours of when the auction will be available for auction.

Wish List it!

Oftentimes you can either grab a new item early and at a great bargain before others have noticed it’s being offered. This is why being aware of new items and using alerts and bookmarks can be a lifesaver. On the flip side of that, there may be a stretch where you find that many people have discovered it and want it as badly as you do so be aware early and get in on the wins!

BIN is a feature that DealDash offers to every bidder in every auction. This is also known as “Buying It Now.” If you have been bidding on a hotel gift card and you know that you’re not going to win the item you can purchase it at the face value of the gift card. This is a great savings for you because you will be able to keep all of the time that you accrued on the time clock when bidding on your hotel gift card.

What DealDash Customers Love

Why does DealDash.com have so many loyal customers? To answer that question, all you have to do is ask another question: What do customers love most about shopping on DealDash?

I cannot speak for everyone, but as a long-time customer who started shopping on DealDash Feb. 8, 2012, I can make a list of what I love most about DealDash and why I am still a loyal customer:

  • I love free shipping and handling. I recently shopped for specific items DealDash did not offer and I learned how high shipping and handling fees have become, so free shipping and handling is not something I take for granted. It is a really big deal because it saves customers a lot of money.
  • I love the high-quality of products. I know that whenever I shop on DealDash I will be satisfied with the quality of the products I receive. I also know that everything will be packed well and arrive in great condition.
  • I love how easy it is to understand and use the DealDash web site. When purchasing bid packs or products, check out is very fast and easy. The automated bidder, BidBuddy, is also the best one I’ve ever seen.
  • I love the outstanding customer service. Whenever I have a question, I receive a quick and friendly reply by a live person. Many other businesses use robots and that is so frustrating.
  • I love the many ways customers can receive free bids. If I send in a photo with a winning product worth $200 or more, I receive 350 free bids. When I place bids, I get 10 seconds on the clock to earn free bids. When I write a quick review, I get 10 free bids, and just for checking in and placing a bid every day, I receive 30 free bids. That’s awesome!
  • I love knowing that DealDash is a fair and honest penny-auction shopping site that I can trust 100 percent. If there is a problem with a product, they will replace it and if there is a problem, they will gladly fix it.

These are just some of the reasons I love DealDash and will continue to remain a loyal customer.
