Get Lots of Free Bids

Guess what I love most about shopping on DealDash.com?

This shopping site already has more opportunities to get free bids than any other penny-auction site I’ve ever seen and now DealDash added even more opportunities to its free bids list.

DealDash routinely offers daily or weekly challenges that offer free bids as a reward!

Perhaps some shoppers do not yet know how many ways we can get free bids, so let’s make a list, beginning with some of the latest ones:

July Challenge #1

This is one of the best ones of all because it is so easy anyone could do it. All we have to do to get 200 free bids added to our account is to place at least one bid in any auction for 20 consecutive days from July 5 through July 31. If you have already done that so far all you have to do is to continue doing it through the end of July to ensure you do not miss a day.

July Challenge #2

This free bid challenge is a more difficult to accomplish for those of us who cannot afford to purchase large bid packages. However, anyone who places 10,000 bids from July 5 through July 31 will receive 500 free bids added to their account.

July Challenge #3

This challenge may be difficult to achieve but the good news is that it is not yet too late for anyone to try. After all, this challenge offers a whopping 3,000 free bids added to our account if we manage to win 30 auctions from July 5 to July 31.

July Challenge #4

This challenge pertains mainly to the “big league” shoppers. Anyone who places 100,000 bids from July 5 to July 31 will receive 10,000 free bids added to their account.

Daily 5-Free Bid Challenge

Most shoppers are probably aware of this one. Every day a window pops up and usually offers us an opportunity to win 5 free bids. Meeting the daily challenge is very easy because all we normally have to do is place one bid (or more) in 5 to 10 auctions in a specific category, such as bid packs or “Electronics & Computers.” By doing that we receive an extra 5 bids back.  This one is not difficult to do and only takes a few minutes. I know 5 bids doesn’t sound like much, but 5 bids a day would add up to 150 bids a month if we do this every day, and we could definitely win some auctions with that many bids.

Daily 30-Free Bid Challenge

All we have to do to get 30 free bids every day is log-in to DealDash every day, without missing a day. When we first start logging in and placing at least 1 bid on a daily basis we can only earn up a few more bids each day until we finally reach 30 bids. Once we reach the 30 free bids daily limit, we will continue to receive up to 30 free bids as long as we do not miss a day. If we miss a day, we will have to start all over again from zero and work our way back up to 30 bids again. We can never get back more than the number of bids we placed the day before. If we only place 10 bids, we will only get 10 bids back and if we only place 20 bids the day before we will only get 20 bids back. If we want to receive 30 free bids, we must place 30 bids in one or more auctions the day before.

The Time As Highest Bidder Meter

Of course, most of us are aware of the green time line located at the bottom left of our computer screen. I don’t know where it is located on other electronic devices. Every time we place a bid, we get 9 seconds on the clock and when our time line moves all the way to the right, we can click on it to collect our free bids. The number of bids we receive depends on the time level we have earned. The longer we have been a loyal DealDash customer, the more time we have to fill to reach the next level and the more bids we will receive.

We can also earn 200 free bids by sending in an “unboxing” video of something we won on DealDash or by answering the “Question of the Week.”

Shopping for Unique Watches

This is the best place to shop for a good deal on a high-quality and beautiful watch because DealDash.com has a wide array of unique watches for both men and women.

The BIN on these watches run as low as $250 and as high as $1,795. Best of all, many shoppers are winning fantastic bargains on several of these watches.

A watch display cushion shows off an assortment of unique watches.
Watches are often viewed as a luxury item, but they do not always need to be expensive. At least on DealDash, they don’t!

Sometimes it might be a matter of choosing the right auction at the right time but developing a strategic plan certainly helps to put us in the winning circle. We might be very surprised when we take a close look at some of these watches and see the kind of awesome bargains some shoppers have already received:

  • June 15, a rose gold women’s watch with a white strap and flower design on the face went up for auction. This watch has a BIN of $500 but it sold for $9.01 and including the cost of the 55 bids placed the winner paid a total of only $20.01.
  • June 22, a men’s black watch with a large watch face and designed for traveling across time zones went up for auction. This watch has a BIN of $540 but it sold for 88 cents and including the cost of the 26 bids placed the winner paid a total of only $6.08.
  • July 3, a men’s 500 Chronograph watch with a perfect 5.0 overall rating out of a possible 5.0 went up for auction. This watch has a BIN of $375 but it sold for $8.05 and including the cost of the 136 bids placed the winner paid a total of $31.22.
  • July 2, a ladies’ mother-of-pearl inlay watch went up for auction. This watch has a BIN of $1,500 but it sold for 45 cents and including the cost of the 9 bids placed the winner paid a total of only $2.02.

These examples of real bargains that real DealDash shoppers received are only scratching the surface. Many more DealDash shoppers received outstanding bargains on other watches, too. Nobody could get better deals than these by shopping anywhere else.

A brief history of watches

According to my research, a clockmaker from Nuremberg named Peter Henlein is credited with inventing the very first portable clock (watch) with a spring mechanism in the 15th century.

Gallet & Co. is listed as the oldest watch brand in the world as they claim their origin starts in 1466, but the registered year of founding is 1826. The factory that was the origin of the Russian brand Raketa was founded in 1721, although they started to produce watches in 1949.

Digital watches display the time on a screen using electronics and analog watches use traditional hands to point out the hours and minutes, as well as seconds or additional features. A simple mechanical watch contains roughly 130 components, but the most complex watch ever produced contains 1,728 parts.

The bottom line

If other shoppers can get great bargains, we could, too.  In fact, our most fantastic deal yet could be just around the corner.

I’ll see you in the auctions.  Happy shopping everyone!

Awesome Polo Shirt Bargains

Did you see the awesome polo shirt Bargains shoppers are winning on DealDash.com?

The man in your life is sure to look sharp wearing one of these brand name polo shirts. This high-quality item is made from low-lint 100 percent luxury pearl cotton, has custom mother-of-pearl buttons and has a two-tone sleeve and collar edging.  It comes in deep navy and ocean grey.

A man models a new blue polo shirt.
A new polo shirt is a great addition to a summer men’s wardrobe.

 No wonder it has a BIN of $410 each, but several past winners got one at a bargain price.

Let’s take a look at some of the fantastic bargains some DealDash shoppers got in this auction so far:

  • July 7, this polo shirt sold for $1.37 and the winner paid a total of $1.28 including the cost of the 3 bids placed;
  • July 4, this polo shirt sold for only 69 cents and the winner paid a total of $2.14 including the cost of the 9 bids placed;
  • July 3, this polo shirt sold for 86 cents and the winner paid a total of $4.83 including the cost of the 22 bids placed;
  • July 1, this polo shirt sold for $5.81 and the winner paid a total of $14.90 including the cost of the 60 bids placed.

As you can see from the above actual deals won this polo shirt just may be one of the best deals we shoppers could get. I know I would be delighted to get any one of those deals.

Head’s Up!

It’s always a good idea to read customer reviews before we start shopping, especially when it comes to an item of clothing that we plan to wear or give to a family member or friend as a gift.

According to the customer reviews for this polo shirt, while the quality and appearance received high ratings, the size did not. Sizes are S, M, L, XL and XXL but many customers said this shirt does not run true to size. In fact, several past winners mentioned that this shirt runs small so they recommend shoppers should shop for a larger size to get the right fit.

One former winner wrote: “Great Quality. I recommend a size larger. The XL fitted more like a tight medium.”

Even with the problem with the size running too small this polo shirt still received a 4.89 overall rating out of a possible 5. No doubt, that has a lot to do with the high-quality of this shirt.

Shoppers can refer to the US chest size chart provided on the auction description. If shoppers have any more questions about the size of this polo shirt I’m sure DealDash customer service would be happy to answer them.
