If you’re a DealDash fan then you must like a lot of things about the site. Here are some of the features that I think are the best.

What are some of the things about DealDash that you think are the best? I have been on DealDash for quite a few years now, so I have a good idea of some of my favorite features and perks. Some are old, some are new, but all of them are the best features that DealDash offers.

BidBuddy is the Best

No matter if you are a recent bidder or an “old hand” at the bidding game, many people would agree that the BidBuddy is one of the best features that DealDash offers. The BidBuddy will bid for you when you don’t have time to sit in front of the computer and babysit the auction you are interested in. Here are the easy directions to use the BidBuddy:

Choose an auction
Find the box in the auction that says “Book a BidBuddy”
Type in the number of bids as you are willing to spend on an auction
Hit Enter

The Variety of Auctions is the Best

DealDash is truly one-stop shopping for your whole family. There are things for babies such as cribs and strollers. There are things for kids and teens such as toys and video games. Seniors and adults, there are lots of things for you as well, from gardening to electronics to small kitchen appliances. Some other auction sites out there only have one type of item, such as gift cards, but DealDash has the biggest variety around.

Get the Best Customer Service

When you contact DealDash customer service you aren’t just a number – you’re a special bidder that needs a little assistance. There are two easy ways to get in touch with customer support, and they both begin with you clicking the big yellow “Contact Support” button at the bottom of the main auction home page, on the right-hand side. From there, you can either send an email to support, or you can do live chat.

Either way works, it just depends on how pressing your issue is, and if you mind waiting a few hours for an answer versus immediate gratification. No matter which way you choose, you will be connected with a friendly and DealDash savvy customer support agent that will be able to answer your question.

DealDash Strategies for Winning

Everyone who has been shopping on DealDash.com for long know there are many different winning strategies that various members use.

If we are on a tight budget and do not have any bids to waste, we will want to come up with a strategy that works best for us. Watching other loyal DealDash shoppers, I noticed a couple different winning strategies that I really like. Below are a few examples:

One long-time DealDash shopper seldom places more than a small number of bids at the beginning of the auctions. When everyone else only places one bid at the beginning of the auctions to avoid getting locked out, this wise shopper places more than one bid so he’s always there with that second or third bid when no more new players jump in. It’s amazing how well this strategy works. I have seen this player win some incredible deals. Better yet, by using this strategy of only bidding at the beginning of auctions, this player never has to pay a high closing fee.

Several other long-time DealDash shoppers only place one bid at the beginning of auctions they want to win and then they do not place any more bids until the auction gets close to the retail price that the auction usually closes at. By using this strategy, they do not use up their bids until the auction is getting ready to close when they are needed most to win.

If we write down the screen names of DealDash shoppers who frequently win auctions, and then watch what they do and how they play, we can learn more winning strategies.

Hot DealDash Tips You Need to Know

These are DealDash tips that you need to know. Don’t forget to keep them in mind as you are bidding on DealDash. Here they are!

If you’ve been bidding on DealDash without taking advantage of reading DealDash Tips then you might be losing more auctions than you should. Keeping these tips in mind that you need to know for the next time that you are in a serious DealDash battle. You want to have the upper hand – and you’ll have it if you pay attention to these DealDash tips that you need to know.

F-O-C-U-S

Concentrating and focusing on the auction that you’re bidding in is very important. The reason that you need to focus and do your best to concentrate is that it would be very rare to win an auction if you aren’t paying attention. Sure, there could be a fluke win, of course, but most wins involve you scoping out the competition, doing the math to figure out how many bids that you want to spend, etc. Keep your focus and concentration and you will see some excellent results.

There’s No Need to Follow the Crowd

DealDash prides itself on letting their customers bid how they want to bid. You can place all single bids, you can use the BidBuddy automated bidder, or you can do a combination of both. You can be a courteous bidder and let everyone’s clock time go when they are the highest bidder, or you can swoop in and stomp on their bid. It’s all up to you when you are a DealDash bidder. Bid how you like, when you like, and on what you want. It’s the DealDash way of doing things!

If You Can’t Find the “Perfect” Item

Maybe the item that you want isn’t on DealDash. This doesn’t mean that it will never be on DealDash, it just isn’t right now. You have a few options. First, you can check back every week to see if the item you want has been added to the auction roster. Another idea is to figure out where the item you need is sold and see if you can bid on a gift card for that store. There are gift cards available from Wal-Mart, Target, and Amazon. If the perfect item that you are looking for isn’t sold at one of these mega stores, then you probably don’t need it!
