DealDash Power Bidding 101 Tips

DealDash

Many new bidders aspire to be Power Bidders. Here are some tips to get you on your way to becoming DealDash’s newest Power Bidder.

“What is a Power Bidder?” you might ask. A Power Bidder is someone who strives to win each and every auction that they enter, no matter what the cost. Yes, Power Bidders are the people who will bid $40 on a $25 gift card just to prove a point. “Why would I want to do that?” you might ask next. Simple! If can establish yourself as a Power Bidder whose name is fairly well known around DealDash then you can win auctions by just entering them. If you’re a known Power Bidder then many people will drop out of the auction when they see you enter. If you’d like to learn more, then read on.

Buy Lots of Bids (at a Good Price)

If you want to be a Power Bidder then you will need lots and lots of bids. When you first start out attempting to learn how to be a Power Bidder you’ll have to establish a name for yourself by winning many, many auctions. You’ll lose money at first, but once you have shown the other bidders that you mean business and that you’ll bid until you win then other bidders should start to back off when they see you coming.

If you want to establish yourself, however, you’ll want to get your bids as cheaply as possible. You will need to wait until you see the bids on a great sale, then you should buy as many as you can within your budget. The more bids you buy when you see them on a great sale, the fewer bids you will have to buy when they aren’t on a fantastic sale. When you buy bids for the lowest price possible then you increase your bidding power.

Show Up Every Day

Another way to establish yourself as a DealDash Power Bidder is to show up and bid every single day. When you show up every day then the other bidders will get to know your bidding name. When they see your bidding name over and over again, day after day, then they will remember you.

Another added bonus to coming to DealDash every day to bid is that you will receive free bids every day, as well. That’s right, for every consecutive day that you come to bid on DeaDash they will give you free bids. Power Bidder or not, everyone could use free bids! Boost your bidding power by getting free bids from DealDash every day. It’s really a win-win situation!

Tips to Get Your Money’s Worth on DealDash

DealDash Money

Getting your money’s worth on DealDash is easy. Here are some of the top tips to maximize your bids on DealDash.

Many people use DealDash to save money on items for their home or for gifts. However, if you aren’t using my tips, then you might not be getting your money’s worth when you are bidding. If you want to make the most of your money and bids while on DealDash, then you’ll want to read on for more information.

Bid at the Right Times

You may have read my article the other day about when the best time to bid on kid’s items on DealDash. There are certain times that are better for bidding on DealDash than others. If you missed that article, just click here and you can get more information. Typically bidding extremely early in the morning is a good idea when trying to score great wins on DealDash.

Get the Best Deals on Bids

All DealDash bids are not the same price! When you first buy a bid pack on DealDash, the bids will be .60 per bid. After you have bought your first bid pack (which is fully refundable, by the way), then you are eligible for discounts on DealDash bids! DealDash runs different sales and promotions every week, and if you really want to get your money’s worth on DealDash, then you will want to wait for a really great sale price. Once you have been patient and waited until the bid price has sunk to .13 or .14, then buy up! Bid prices only go this low a few times per month, so when you see them this cheap, then stock up. If you run out and need more bids later you can always buy them, but they might be .17 or .18, which really isn’t maximizing your money.

Don’t Waste Bids

Have you been flitting from auction to auction like a little bidding butterfly? Sprinkling a few bids here and there? That really isn’t the best way to get your money’s worth on DealDash. Of course, you can bid however you like on DealDash. However, in my opinion, it’s a much better strategy to save your bids for things that you really want. This way, if you don’t win the auction, then it would be worth it to you to do a Buy It Now (BIN) on the item, so you can get all of your bids returned to you.

When you do a BIN on DealDash, you will get all of the bids back that you placed in that auction returned to your account. You get them returned as soon as you pay, and you will also get free shipping on the item. And unlike some of the other auction sites, there is never a handling charge. This is why it makes perfect sense to do a BIN on DealDash if you want to get your money’s worth.

Time Tips for Bidding on Kid’s DealDash Items

DealDash

You can win auctions all day on DealDash. When is the best time to bid on items? Read on for more information.

There is a winner on DealDash every few minutes, all day long, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. It’s kind of exhausting just to think about! However, there are certain times that are good to bid, and other times where it is more difficult to win. There are also certain times of day when it’s easier to win particular items. This article will explain that in more depth, so read on for more information from DealDash.

Best Times for Kid Items

I find the best times to bid on kid items are late at night. Why is this? Because the majority of people who are bidding on kid’s items are parents and grandparents. If you are a parent, then you are most likely getting up early in the morning with the kids, making their breakfast, and tending to their needs. This can be very tiring, and most parents of younger kids tend to go to bed on the earlier side.

Grandparents are the other people who you will be competing with for kid’s items on DealDash, and they also tend to get up earlier on average. It’s only natural that people who get up earlier would go to bed earlier. So if it’s kid and baby items that you are seeking, then late at night would be your best time to bid.

Best Times in General

Personally, the best times that I find to bid in general are very, very early in the morning, or later in the morning before lunch. I am on the East Coast, so you’ll have to adjust your times accordingly if you are elsewhere. I find that in the extremely early morning is a great time to bid. I’m talking 4 or 5 AM. This is because even the latest night owls on the West Coast have mostly gone to bed, and there aren’t a lot of people on the East Coast that are up, awake, and ready to bid.

Another great time to bid is a little later in the morning, around 7 or 8 AM. This is because the West Coasters are not awake and bidding for the most part, and the East Coast people are getting ready for work, sending the kids off to school, or sitting in traffic. Of course, your results will vary, but these are slower times in my opinion. And if you really want the item that you are bidding on, simply do a BIN (Buy It Now) and you will receive all of the bids that you placed back into your account.

Need Tips on DealDash Wins? Look Inside…

DealDash

Sometimes you just need a few tips to help you out. Here are some tips for getting wins on DealDash.

Everyone needs a little help sometimes, and that’s why this blog is here! DealDash Tips loves to help out newbies (and not so newbies) with all of their DealDash questions and concerns. If you are interested in getting some wins on DealDash, read this article to find out more information.

Don’t Put All Your Bids in One Basket

If you find yourself trying to win a particular item, and you see it on DealDash frequently, then bid on multiple auctions. This is only a good plan if you DON’T plan on Buying It Now (BIN). For example, if you’re interested in a 400 Bid Pack and have 100 bids to spend, don’t put all 100 on one auction. You would be much more likely to win if you split the 100 and put 33 bids on 3 separate 400 Bid Pack auctions. Some auctions drag on forever and end up at a high price, and others end amazingly quickly. You never know which type you’re getting into until you’ve been bidding for a while.

This strategy does not apply to auctions that you plan on doing a BIN on – it’s much better to put all of your bids on one specific auction. Then, if it doesn’t work out for you, then you can do a BIN and get all of your bids returned to you.

Toss One Bid In, Then Watch

If you aren’t sure which auction you’d like to try to win, then toss in a single bid in the beginning of the auction. This way, if you decide that you want to try and win the item you won’t be “locked out” by the $5 No Jumper rule. This strategy makes especially good sense if you are planning on bidding on an item that you feel will end at a fairly high value. Sometimes it makes sense to put a single bid in on a few different auctions that you’re interested in, and then come back later to see which ones are still going on, and which ones look like you might have a fairly good chance of winning.

Don’t Bid Sleepy

Sometimes DealDash auctions will go late into the night. If you’re not much of a night owl, then you’re going to have to make sure that your BidBuddy is loaded up and ready to go. If you’ve been watching an auction and you’re ready to go to sleep, then load up your BidBuddy with enough bids to reach the retail BIN price. Then you can go to bed while your BidBuddy does the work for you. You can wake up in the morning and see if you’re the winner, or need to BIN the item and get your bids back. Either way, the BidBuddy is your best way to bid!
