DealDash Tips to Win Tools

dealdash tips win tools

You don’t have to be a carpenter, handyman or mechanic to need a good set of tools. Here are some tips from DealDash on how to win tools.

Having a good set of tools around the house is very convenient. In my younger years, the only tools I had were a hammer and a screwdriver. It was such a pain to have to either borrow tools when I needed them or go out to Lowe’s to buy a specific tool when I needed it. Once I realized that DealDash had many tools up for auction I made it my mission to win myself a full set.

Bidding on Tools

The easiest way to win tools on DealDash is to do your research first, figure out exactly what tools you would like to win, and then set alerts on DealDash so you will know when the tools are coming up for auction. It’s very easy to set an alert, all you have to do is search for an item, and then you can either hit the “Alert Me” button on the main page, or you can open up the individual auction to read more information about the item and set the alert there using the “Alert Me” button. When the item that you are interested in will be coming up for bid DealDash will send you a quick email to let you know.

Bidding on Gift Cards

If the particular tool or tool set that you are interested in is not coming up when you do a search on DealDash it’s possible that it’s not an item that DealDash carries. You have a couple of options at this point – you can send DealDash customer service a quick email suggesting that they carry the product, or you can just bid on a Lowe’s, Wal*Mart, or Sears gift card instead. Of course, you could do both options! DealDash customer service is very good about listening to what the customers want, and if they think that the item you are interested in would be popular on the site then I wouldn’t be surprised if they started carrying it in the future.

DealDash customer service is very good about listening to what the customers want, and if they think that the item you are interested in would be popular on the site then I wouldn’t be surprised if they started carrying it in the future. However, if this item is something that you need right away I would suggest going the gift card route.

Happy New Year! DealDash Tips for Winning

new year winning dealdash

Happy New Year 2017! Here are some tips to winning on DealDash in 2017.

Hello everyone! Welcome back to DealDash Tips. Today we have some tips for you to improve your bidding game in 2017. In case you are very new to DealDash, the auctions all start at 1 penny, every time a person bids the auction price goes up by 1 cent. Do know, though, that each bid that is placed is not free, bids are purchased before you can bid in the auction.

Buying a Bid Pack

How many bids will you need to buy to get a good start on DealDash? It’s totally up to you, but what you should do when deciding how many bids to purchase is to do some research on the product that you would like to win. Click on the DealDash auction that you are interested in, and look to the left of the screen. Under the picture of the item will be a box that includes information about the previous auctions for the same item. The box will include the date of the previous auction, the amount that the item sold for, and the winning bidder. From this information that DealDash provides for you, you can get a pretty good idea of how many bids you might need to spend to become the winning bidder or to BIN the item. After you have purchased your bids and understand exactly how the auctions are played, and read through the rules, then it’s time to bid! Please make sure that you do some research on the item of your choice before you start placing bids willy-nilly.

Using the BidBuddy to Your Advantage

If you’re tired of always missing the bid button when bidding, and discovering that the last bidder ends up winning then you need to use your BidBuddy. When you find an item on the main page that you are serious about bidding on, open up the individual item’s auction page. Set up your BidBuddy by placing the number of bids in the space provided, and hit the “Book BidBuddy” button. You can change the number of bids at any time – add or remove bids as you see fit.

You can set as many BidBuddies as you like, and participate in many auctions at the same time. Most auctions are won with the BidBuddy, so make sure that you are taking advantage of this great tool that DealDash gives all of the bidders.

Choosing Items Wisely

Be sure that you are choosing items to bid on that are realistic for your lifestyle and budget. If you are on a tight budget and using DealDash to try to win some basic items for yourself and your family, then I wouldn’t advise bidding on 55″ Ultra Hi-Def TVs and the newest laptops. On the other side of the coin, if you are trying to become the next new power bidder, then why are you bothering with bidding on $10 gift cards and small trinkets? If you want to be a power bidder then go big!

I would say that most people probably fall somewhere between the two extremes. My advice is to do your research, do your DealDash math to be sure that you’re putting the proper number of bids into your BidBuddy, and cross your fingers for good luck!

DealDash Tips: Comparing Auctions

DealDash Tips Comparing Auctions

DealDash has so many auctions that it can be a little confusing if you are not familiar with the site. Here are some DealDash tips for comparing the auctions.

Are you new to DealDash? If you’re new the site and how it works you might be a little overwhelmed at first, and that’s okay. DealDash Tips blog is here to help you navigate the waters of DealDash. With all of the auctions on the front page, with all of the blinking lights and bright yellow “BID NOW” buttons it can be a little tricky to figure out what you’re supposed to bid on, and how to go about bidding. Here are some DealDash tips for you to try out.

When you first sign in to DealDash you will see the auction home page with 60 (yes, SIXTY!) auctions that are either currently running, or are starting in the next few minutes. New auctions start every minute or 2, around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Isn’t that amazing? That’s actually one important thing to note about DealDash – many other auction sites only run for 12 hours per day, DealDash has auctions for you every minute of the day for your shopping entertainment.

When you look at the main auction page, all of the auctions that you can bid on have the bright yellow “BID NOW” button. The other auctions that you see either haven’t started yet or have already reached the $5 “No jumper” limit. Pick an auction that you like from the auction home page, and click on the picture to open up the product’s individual auction page. Read the description, and decide if this is the product that you are interested in bidding on. But don’t bid quite yet, here is where the comparing comes into play.

Go back up to the top, and search for the item in the search bar. What pops up will be what you need to compare – the current item will show up, along with any similar ones that are starting in the near future, as well as similar items that DealDash carries but aren’t having auctions on within the next day or so.

Click on each of these items, and compare them – look at the starting date and time, the “Buy It Now” (BIN) price, and each items attributes. If you see an item that you prefer that is starting soon that you would like to bid on but isn’t live yet, you can either book at BidBuddy for the item, or click the yellow star and keep it in your saved auctions to come back to later. If the item that you like best doesn’t have a starting time, but has an “Alert me” button instead you can click that button and DealDash will email you when the item is coming up for auction.

I hope that you found this DealDash Tips article on comparing DealDash auctions helpful. DealDash has everything that you and your family need. Check all of the DealDash categories to see how much you can save. Visit DealDash now. Good luck and happy bidding everyone!
