You will receive free shipping as well, no matter how big or small the item. Win-win!

Give it a try, you never know what might pop up when you use the search function on DealDash.

Set an Alert

If you are able to find something fun, new, and different when searching but it’s not available yet, then set an alert! Setting an alert is very easy, and will save you frustration in the future. Once you have found your item of choice, click on the item, and look on the right side of the screen. There will be a blue button that says “Alert Me”. Click on the button, and when the item is coming up for auction DealDash will send you an email. It’s that easy!

Finding yourself in a bit of a slump can be a little depressing. Never fear, DealDash is here for some tips to get you out of your slump.

If you’ve been bidding on DealDash for a long time, you’re bound to run into a slump here and there. Don’t worry, slumps on DealDash, as in life, are usually temporary. There are a few things that you can do to get yourself out of the slump and start winning again.

Concentrate on Truly Needed Items

When you concentrate yourself on items that you truly need for your home, then you don’t mind buying them now (BIN) if you don’t win the auction. It’s not really losing if you BIN the item, because when you buy the item for the retail price then you get all of your bids back. When you get your bids back after paying a fair price for an item, and get free shipping, how can you really call that losing?

Build Up Your Bid Supply

When you’re in a bidding slump, maybe you should try to conserve your bids. Instead of bidding here, there, and everywhere, why not hold off on bidding as much? Definitely come to DealDash every day to bid a little, because every consecutive day that you come and bid you’ll receive free bids. Once you have visited for a week straight you’ll get 30 free bids every single day. Why not come by every day and place 20 or 25 bids on something, so you can keep up your bid supply? And hey, I’ve won auctions with WAY less than 20 bids, maybe you’ll win!

DealDash Tips to Beat Everyone

Going into an auction your plan is to beat everyone, correct? Here are some helpful tips from DealDash to accomplish your mission.

No one goes into an auction thinking that they are going to lose. They know that the odds are stacked against them, but they have hope that they will be the winner. There are some things that you should (and should not do) when you are participating in an auction to help your chances of winning. Follow these simple and easy tips and tricks from DealDash Tips to take your winning up a notch!

Be Prepared

Make sure that you are always prepared when you enter into an auction. Do your research, purchase your bids, and take a peek at your competition. It’s a smart idea to just place one bid in the very beginning so you can see who is participating in the auction and ensuring that you aren’t locked out of bidding. I don’t suggest that you “jump in” at $4.99 when the auction is just about to be locked, that’s just rude. However, I do advise that you let the auction play out for at least a dollar or so just so you can have a good idea who is going to be participating in the auction with you.

Take Your Bidding Seriously

Yes, take your bidding seriously. Don’t try to do a lot of multitasking when you’re bidding in a DealDash auction. If you’re trying to make dinner, help the kids with homework, chat on the phone, and bid then it’s not going to go well. You should be paying close attention when you’re playing on DealDash. Of course, you can turn on the BidBuddy and walk away to do things. However, I personally sit and watch the auction even with BidBuddy doing the work for me, especially if it’s an item that is important to me.

Be Sneaky

That’s right – sneak up on a win! Do a little bidding, then sit out for a bit. Jump back in, jump back out. It confuses people, and you might just sneak up on a win! Give it a try. Be careful that you don’t forget to jump back in, though, it’s happened to me. I get distracted easily and have completely forgotten to check back in on auctions, sometimes.
