Here’s my new favorite breakfast recipe: Egg & Cheese Quesadillas. Ingredients:

• 2 Whole Wheat Tortillas
• 2 Eggs
• Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or your favorite type)
• 1 tomato, diced
• dollop of sour cream, or one avocado
• Olive Oil 0r Coconut Oil

Step 1. Grease a non-stick frying pan. Heat. Beat the eggs, then pour into the heated pan.
Step 2. Wait until the egg is fully cooked, flip if necessary.
Step 3. Using this awesome quesadilla maker by Bella and sold on DealDash, place tortilla on bottom half of quesadilla maker – then put egg on top. Distribute the shredded cheddar evenly on top. Place 2nd whole wheat tortilla on top. Close the quesadilla maker and wait for it to cook.
Step 4: Take quesadilla out. Enjoy with homemade pico de gallo, avocado, hot sauce or sour cream.
