Bid Buddy Brings Success at DealDash

When you first get started at DealDash you will be tempted to poke your bids in one at a time and run from auction to auction trying to win one.  That’s a fun learning experience, but not the best way to conserve bids, and you will soon learn that using the Bid Buddy is the best way to conserve bids and win more auctions.

First, what is Bid Buddy?  Bid Buddy is an aut0matic bidding system designed by DealDash and exclusive to their site.  You place a number of bids into the feature in any auction, and the Bid Buddy will bid every time it’s your turn.  For example, if there are 5 players in the auction, it will bid every fifth bid for you, and the last bid is the winner.  If you don’t use Bid Buddy, you lose the security of your turn, you are much more likely to poke bids in after every other player, that uses bids, in this case, 5 times faster.  So, if everyone is using Bid Buddy, and you aren’t, chances are they have 10 bids invested in the auction and you have more like 50 for the same amount of time.  That also raised the cost of the item, of course, one penny at a time.

Bid Buddy can be found in an individual auction, when I purchased my first bid pack, I was very proactive with my bidding and quickly burned through the pack.  Use the Bid Buddy from day one.  Open the auction of a desired item, in the center of the page, there is a box that says “add bids here”.  You place your desired number of bids in the Bid Buddy, and that amount is deducted from your account, but you can cancel the Bid Buddy at any time, and any remaining bids will be returned to your account.  Once you put the bid in Bid Buddy, just click “Book a Bid Buddy” and let it do the work for  you.

You might think not being active in the auction is boring, but winning is not boring and you will win more using Bid Buddy.  Place your bids and then shop, it’s a great site with new items all the time.  You never know what you will find in the New Item Category.  Also, shop for your future, some items are not offered daily, so when you find an item you like and it’s not scheduled, you can use the “Alert Me” tab and have DealDash send you an email when it is scheduled.

Don’t underestimate your Bid Buddy, it’s a fair and honest way to bid at DealDash, it will help you win!

Good Luck and Happy Bidding!!!

Bidding On a Budget at DealDash

When you are bidding at DealDash, you need to keep one thing in mind, and that is your budget.  There are few things you need to keep in order when you are bidding at Americas favorite Penny Auction Site, and that is what is it costing you?

This is really important because if you spend too much you may find yourself dissatisfied with the DealDash experience.  Here are a few tips I can give you to help you bid smart on a budget.

First, decide what your budget is.  Let’s say it’s 1000 bids, that costs apron. $140 dollars.  Now decide what you want to win.  Let DealDash tell you when your favorite item is going on the market.  You do this by using your “Alert Me” tab,  all you need to do is find the item you want to win in you search bar, once you do, you click the Alert Me tab and DealDash will let you know by email when it’s coming on the market.  They also let you know when it’s coming on the market in a few minutes, this is my favorite time.  I love to jump into an auction really early and try to win it for a few pennies.  Over my nearly three years at DealDash, I’ve learned to back off when I need to.  This is probably the most difficult skill to learn….to just back off, yep, lose the auction.  I do it all the time, I don’t want to get into a bidding war with someone who might have 100’s of bid to bid in this auction, when the truth is I only want to use 50.

You can guess with great certainty that anyone claiming to be a “grandparent” most likely will overbid, they don’t care how much they spend  on the little darlings.  You can also plan on the guy who says “I’m a photographer” to bid until the cows come home on the camera you’ve been trying to win for some time.  My experience with that is to bid until you win it.  You can over come these players, but you  must be willing to use a ton of bids.  Maybe in the thousands for an item like a coveted Stand Mixer in the unusual color of Aqua.  The Silver one is easier to win, but everyone wants the Aqua one.

Try to win the odd item out.  If you can only win the item once, try to win that first,  the next guy may have already won it.  There are a lot of items on the DealDash site that will bring you great joy, j=you just need to know when to bid and who to bid against . This is a pretty easy thing to figure out, all you need to do is bid, bid bid.

Don’t spend a fortune on bids if you don’t have a fortune to bid.  Get to know who is willing to overbid, and who might beat you just for spite.  You will learn these players fast and furious.

Good Luck and Happy Bidding!!!

If You’re Not Binning, You’re Not Winning at DealDash

Binning is the most fair and honest way you can get all your bids back. DealDash has this very fair exchange system where, if you bid on an item and you don’t win, they will give you the bids you used trying back.  All you have to do is purchase the item at the fair retail price, and the bids you used are yours.

There are so many items on the site that you need everyday.  These are the most reasonable prizes to go after.  I say reasonable because, if you don’t win it, it makes sense to buy it.

There have been many times I have bid on items that I don’t want, then in the end, I didn’t win it either, that means if I don’t want it, and I didn’t win it….I get nothing. That’s why it’s so important to stay focused on the one or two items you really want.

DealDash is adding new items everyday, you don’t have to wait long to see the new stuff.  This is one of the most fun things about DealDash, it’s the shopping!  If you are going to bid, you need to find items you really want, bid on that item to the “BIN” amount.

The BIN (Buy It Now) equation is simply the cost of the item divided by the cost of bids, that leaves you with the number of bids to use before you buy an item.  So, if you have an item that is worth $80 and bids cost you .15 cents, the calculation is. 80./.15= 533 bids. Do not exceed 533 bids to purchase the item.  Now think about it, you go buy the item and you own it.  Now you have the bids too.

Binning is really winning. If you use the retail amount of bids and don’t win, you get your bids back if you purchase the item, now you get to go back to the site and try to win another item.  PLUS, you own the item you were trying to win.

You will win auctions at DealDash.  There are 100’s of players who win everyday. Check the Winner’s List on the DealDash main page, this information will let your know who is in the “house” and what the final prices are trending at.  For example, if you see all the auctions are closing for high numbers, the site is most likely crowed.  But, if auctions are closing at low prices, like .50 cents then it’s a really good time to bid!

Good Luck and Happy Bidding!!!

You’re In It To Win It at DealDash

Well aren’t we all “in it to win it?”.  You would think we were, but t’s not as true as you might think.  There are a lot of players who will play only to win. They are often called “bid horders” they are players who only play to win and they exchange the win for bids, an option that is available to us as players at DealDash.  I love this option and use it often myself, but I have recently realized you can win so much more if you simple focus on the one item you really want.

There is a good handful of players who actually have a quote “in it to win it” and I don’t usually hold much weight in that comment.  I’m in it to win it, but I’m also in it to exchange for bids, and I’m in it to just beat the heck out of you!

There are any number of players who do this, you need to keep a list of the players who will.  Here’s what I do when I plan on winning.  First, I load up on bids, and second, I really plan to BIN  (buy the item for retail)  If I don’t win an item I really want I will buy it. For that reason, you should only bid on items you would actually buy.

I always use my free bids for Time As High Bidder, to add to a prize I really want, I don’t care if I overbid.  Many players will over bid, they have a lot of money, and then there are players like me who have been playing at DealDash for over two years and every time I reach a new level I earn well over 1000 bids, I will use those bids to overbid on an item.  I think you should too.

If you are in it to win it, go ahead and win it!  There are ways you can and you must just stay true to that one item, I can say it again, but I hope you heard me the first time!

Good Luck and Happy Bidding!!!
