How You Can Tell If Someone is At Their Win Limit on DealDash

Are you wondering how to see when someone is at their win limit on
To make sure that a handful of bidders don’t dominate the auctions on DealDash and win everything (though it’s not always easy to do this some do try to on some sites) DealDash has a win limit system instituted.
Win Limits
All bidders can win 6 products worth $200 or less per week. Bidders may also only win 3 products worth more than $200 each week. All win limits will be reset on Saturday at 00:01 am.
win slotswin limits 2
It’s really easy to see how many wins a bidder has left. All you have to do is look at the auction page where they are bidding and it will show the winning limit status below the highest bidder’s username. For example, see jamworthy on this iMac computer auction? It shows winning limit status to be 1/3. So they’ve won 1 item over $200 already this week and can win one more.
Item Limits:
Some items, usually ones that are higher valued like this Apple 21.5 inch desktop iMac valued at $1,200 – only one can be one per user.

win limits 3
As you can see, on the items valued at over $200 it shows the win limits each bidder is at for that tier of items.
On the other hand, an item like this Neu Home 4-tier storage shelf valued at under $200; with a buy it now price of $59, all users that bid on it will have their win limits in the >$200 shown. So bidder 2plus2 that is currently the highest bidder on this item has so far won 3 items this week (starting today) within their 6 items under $200 wins.
neu homeSo again, all win limits are reset each week, reset on Saturday at 00:01.
After you win all 9 of your items each week you are out and cannot win any other items until the following Saturday at 12:01 am.
You can also see the win limits of all winners in the won auctions page:

DealDash Wins & Exchanges

DealDash bidder Sabrina wrote us with this very good question regarding exchanging wins.
She asked,
“I’m not sure if you will read this but if you do I hope you can answer me a question. I did recently win an Item and as far as I know the only one actually selling it is Walmart so i believe that is where I will be getting it from. It is valued at 180 dollars, however i do not need the Item at all. I noticed you exchanged the Items for a similar Item but do you think I would be able to exchange it for a completely different Item?”
Good question Sabrina. Can you exchange an item that you win on DealDash that was fulfilled by Walmart? Well, first of all if the item you received was shipped by Walmart, many items on DealDash are due to DealDash’s partnership with Walmart, but not all items are. When your item arrives check to see if it has a receipt/packing slip from Walmart, if so – and unopened, you can bring the item back to Walmart and return it according to their return & exchange policy promise:

to be your trusted partner for technology by delivering the advice, service and convenience you deserve – all at competitive prices. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair.

You can return or exchange almost everything within 15 days for a full refund. Simply bring your item(s) to us with all contents and packaging, proof of purchase and ID, and we will process your return or exchange.

DealDash’s return policy: “What is your return policy?
Please contact our support team within seven days after you’ve received your item for instructions on how to return your item. We’ll give you the money back you used to buy the item. Any bids spent bidding will not be returned.”

Like Diane shared in her post about the seamless item exchanges between DealDash & Walmart, all you have to do is pay the difference of the item or you will receive a store credit if the new item is less than the exchange:

“Recently, I won a Samsung over the range microwave oven. It was black and I needed stainless steel to match the other appliances in my kitchen. I took it to Walmart, which is where it came from, and exchanged it for stainless steel. I did the same with a Lorex Security System that I recently won. It was a wired system and I needed a wireless system.  You will pay the item difference or you will get a store credit if the new item is less than the exchange. The DealDash exchange was smooth and simple.”
Have you won an item on DealDash that you would like to return? Hope this post helps you out!

The Best Deals On DealDash June 10th to 16th

What did you win on DealDash last week? If you are just getting started with penny auctions and haven’t won anything yet, it’s time you get started.  If you are wondering what kind of deals DealDash offers bidders check out the Best Deals on DealDash for June 10th-16th.
June 10th: Do you know how rewarding and exciting photography can be? If you are a budding photography who recently bought or won a Nikon dSLR you may be jealous by this sweet deal on a 50mm prime lens – the Nikon Nikkor 50mm f/1.8G AF-S Lens for Nikon DSLR cameras. A prime lens is the choice of many portrait photographers for the crisp clarity and shallow depth of field giving the background a soft glow. This is the same awesome lens that was won by DealDash bidder Bailey1040 on June 10th for just $0.30 – Seriously, 30 cents!?! for a $200 lens? Yup! Even if Bailey1040 were to be the only bidder placing say 30 bids at $0.15 a bid Bailey1040 would have only spent $4.80 total to win this and we know this winner spent way less in bids.

June 11th: Speaking of Nikon DSLR cameras. Take a look at this beast of a camera. The Nikon D5300 Digital SLR Camera with 18–140mm VR Lens, Black has a buy it now price of $1,050.. and from the description we will see that this camera combines dazzling image quality with all the modern techy bells and whistles. Plus, 24.2 megapixels ad 100-12,800 expandable up to 25,600 ISO for studio nikon deals
quality images.

June 12th: Danny916 will be cool this summer thanks in part to this great deal he got on this brand new AC unit – but it’s not so much the price interests me about this auction, take a look at Danny’s bidding status message:

“Deal dash is an amazing challenge, each bid takes thought, do it, don’t do it, oh h— just do it. DD is large in teaching patience, don’t have any left. Good luck to all of us.” This SPT 12000BTU Portable AC with Heater sells for a buy it now price of $496. Danny916 won it for just $28.33ac
June 13th: On June 13th we see another status message by bidder Tampobn who says before she bids “”Hope that everyone is having a great day…. Please let me time run down and please stop over bidding and stomping, Have my daughters wedding coming up. so looking for gifts for home and yard.” Intimidation? Possibly. She’s stating intent and telling others not to bid against her. Really not something I’d advise to do. She did however win the Nostalgia Retro Series 60-Can Party Cooler Fridge for $18.01:
June 14th: Forful will most likely be baking up more than cookies this summer with her brand new KitchenAid Onyx mixer won for just $13.70 in collective bids and a final, waived end price. Not too shabby considering the KitchenAid has a $450 value!
June 15th: Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2 10.1-inch with 64GB Memory, Black Buy it Now price: $700  sold for only $54.01, plus the winner, desdecker didn’t have to pay anything for the end price because DealDaslenovoh slashed the end price this past weekend for Father’s Day! Hope all the dads out there had a chance to check out the auction deals!
June 16th:
Back to intimidating statuses on bidder’s bios: ”

“I check and see how many bids a person has put in. After I look it up . I play fair and nice and back out . Why cant others be as kind??”
Well, the name of the game is DealDash  – you won’t always be able to score a deal if you are always looking for a deal. But this brings us back to our bid on bid packs and stock up point. This $200 bid bid pack was sold for $0.73 on Amazon.
Did you win this past week? If so let us know what you won and what you will do with it!

How to Be A Better DealDash Bidder Right Now

Do you get frustrated when you spend money on bids on DealDash, or any penny auction site, and you run out or bids, or the auction ends before you can place a bid? Want to get the great prices that other bidders are, but not sure how? Scared to lose your money?

Bidding on DealDash can be both enjoyable and rewarding, but you have to take into account a few factors to succeed and help you be a better bidder.

If you want to win more auctions you need to keep the following tips in mind:

1. Start out by bidding on just bid pack auctions. If you go for just bid pack auctions you can build a sizable bidding account. This will help you out immensely later on when you want to bid on higher dollar items. Find out how to win and get more free bids!

2. Bid only on the items that you want to use buy it now on. DealDash’s auctions are all 100% buy it now, so this means if you do not win something with the bids you have spent you can just buy the item and get your bids back. This saves you money and allows you to bid again and try to win more items for less than the retail price.

3. Observe the auctions before you start bidding.  When you are new you must spend time watching items and not just bidding. Make sure you keep tabs on bidders and watch how many bids they spend to win, where they are at on their monthly win limit limit and what they bid on and win. A bidder’s win limit status is shown right next to a bidder’s profile avatar when they bid.

Start by placing just one bid on an auction and then watch and see how many other bidders are going to place a bid too. Wait until it shows “no new bidders” then you will know how many others might still be in the auction bidding, because after $3.00 no new users can come in and start bidding.

4. Spend wisely and budget your bids. Make sure you keep track of how much money you are spending when you are bidding on penny auctions. You can easily get carried away and spend too much money on bids and not win anything. Again, use buy it now!

5. Read reviews and tips by other DealDash bidders. These can be found on the DealDash Facebook page, this blog and
