DealDash Tips to Bid While You’re Busy

dealdash bid busy

Everyone these days is busy. How do you find the time to bid on DealDash? Let me give you some tips.

Bidding on DealDash is such a fun hobby, it’s really a stress reliever. I consider it one of my most beloved hobbies. I love to bid, and of course I love to win! But what about when I don’t have the time to bid? It makes me sad when I don’t bid on DealDash for days at a time, but sometimes I am just too busy to pop by. Luckily for me I can still get my DealDash bidding in without having to spend too much time sitting at my computer just watching and waiting. Here are my top tips for bidding when life is busy.

Schedule Your Bids With BidBuddy

BidBuddy is the ultimate busy person’s friend. If you haven’t acquainted yourself with the BidBuddy yet, it’s time you were introduced. Using the BidBuddy is really simple. First, just input the number of bids that you would like your BidBuddy to place for you. Next, hit the “Book a BidBuddy” button. That’s it! There is no step three.

After you have booked the bids, your BidBuddy will automatically place your bids before the bid clock counts down to 0. They are usually placed around the 2-3 second mark on the countdown timer. The BidBuddy will automatically start bidding for you, you don’t even have to have your computer on.

This is perfect for the busy person because after you have booked your BidBuddy you can even turn off your computer. You don’t need to sit there staring at the screen waiting for the auction to begin or drag on for hours. The BidBuddy will automatically start bidding for you, and will take turn bidding with the other BidBuddies until only one is left, and they are the winner of the auction.

Alert Me

The “Alert Me” function is also very handy for busy people. When you have some spare time, go through the auctions and mark all of the ones that you are interested in with the “Alert Me” button. This button is on every product that DealDash has in its catalog, and you can set as many alerts as you would like, there is no limit. Whenever you search for a product on DealDash and discover that there isn’t currently an auction planned for it, be sure to hit the Alert Me button, and you will get an email when the product is scheduled to be up for bid. It’s a great way to never miss an auction that’s important to you.

Once you receive the email from DealDash saying that the product you were interested in is available, just hop right onto DealDash and book a BidBuddy. The Alert Me button and the BidBuddy make a winning combination for the busy person.

DealDash Tips for Less Loss

DealDash don't do it

We all love DealDash auctions. Today we are going to tell you some things that you shouldn’t be doing. Want to have less losses? Read this article.

Do you want to know what you should avoid doing while bidding on DealDash? Here are some tried and true tips to win more and lose less! Read this article to gain some insights on how to get more wins and enjoy DealDash to the fullest extent.

Don’t Put All of Your Eggs in One Basket

When you’re bidding on DealDash it’s important not to put all of your bids into one auction – fill up your BidBuddy with the equivalent to the retail price if you’d like, of course, but don’t overbid! I know that you probably are hoping to rack up some more clock time as the highest bidder (TATHB) to earn free bids from DealDash, but don’t do it! It only takes a moment for the other bidders to drop out and then you will be stuck “winning” the auction, but really losing money, if you have paid more in bids than the auction is worth.

A much better plan would be to stop bidding when you have reached the retail price with the value of bids, and then BIN (Buy It Now) the auction for the retail price so you can get all of your bids back. You will also receive free shipping and get to keep your TATHB time as well.

Don’t Spread Yourself Too Thin, Either

Even though you shouldn’t put all of your eggs into one basket, you should spread yourself too thin, either! I personally never bid in more than three auctions or so at a time. I like to keep an eye on each one, even if I am using the BidBuddy in all of them. The only exception that I make to this personal rule is on the days that DealDash runs their “50 (or 75 or 100) auctions start at once” promotion. There are always so many great things to bid on that I couldn’t possibly just pick three!

dealdash gift cards

DealDash has such an amazing array of gift cards available for auction it’s difficult to decide which one to bid on first.

DealDash has a large selection of items up for auction every single day, 24 hours a day, and some of my favorites are the gift cards. There are so many benefits that come from bidding on gift cards. Let DealDash Tips show you some of the gift cards that are up for auction.

Food and Restaurant

DealDash has a nice selection of food and restaurant gift cards to choose from. Some popular choices include Burger King, Applebee’s, Ihop, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Boston Market, and Panera Bread. As you can see from these choices there is a nice balance of quick serve food as well as nicer sit-down restaurants. If you are thinking of winning one of these restaurant gift cards don’t forget to bid on the proper amount – don’t forget to calculate in if you plan on taking a guest with you.

Gift Cards for Kids

Gift cards make the perfect gift for anyone, especially children – their tastes can be so fickle it’s hard to pick the perfect gift for them. Delight any child with a gift card to Toys R Us. They can choose exactly what they want, and it’s so fun to go shopping and pay by themselves.

Other than a toy store, kids would also enjoy receiving a gift card to the movie theater. DealDash has gift cards to AMC Movie Theater available, and you can use them not only for the entrance fee, but also at the refreshment stand. I know that my kids would love to take me on a “date” to the movies and pay with their own gift card.
